Worst experience at this place the me and my friend just had at this place. It was our first time and it would be our last time coming here.

By start the guy who was there he doesn’t know what customer Service is at all, poor customer service from not knowing how yo introduce himself properly and not even checking on the table during our visit, me and my friend order 4 pupusas and one order of plantains well the pupusas were alright, but the platains were soak in oil literally he brought them out like that to the table and I asked them if they can remake them because we can’t those platains like that, and he’s response was “oh well they can’t make them different that how they cook them” and I said to him I been to other restaurants where they sell platains and even though i know they’re made in the fryer they never come out like still soak in oil literally”it was very gross” so then I proceed to tell him to just take them back, we didn’t want them since they look nasty. He takes them back. Me and my friend ate the pupusa’s and we got up to go pay which he charged me. He just tells me the total he doesn’t show me no bill or anything. I’m like OK fine I’m gonna pay and when he gives me my card back with the receipt, I see that he still charging me for the plantains so then I question him. I was like why are you still charging me for the plantains? when we give them back to you, we didn’t even eat them and he said because “we ordered them” and I was like I’m not paying something that I didn’t eat and I didn’t eat it because it was your guys fault the way that you guys can make them right so then he gets all with attitude with me so then I proceed to tell him the I need to speak with the supervisor and then he proceeded to tell me that his supervisor is not around so then he steps away and he calls someone on the phone. I’m guessing it was the supervisor and he or she tells him to give me my money back from the plantains. It was a very, very unpleasant experience. Now I understand why this place...

Never coming here again. I Highly recommend you go some where else. I Order from here 6 pupusas for pick up due to this pandemic and only received 5 . I made the mistake of not checking my order before leaving and when I got home I noticed they only gave me five I called to let them know and the lady said “no all your order is there” and I repeated to her my order and how there was supposed to be a total of 6 and she said “well they’re all in there” I told her I just opened my order there’s only 5 to which she responded “pues regrese la orden yo estoy muy ocupada para esto” (return your order I am too busy for this). I’m so disappointed at the fact that she took my whole payment and can’t replace the pupusa she gladly didn’t want to give us after we payed for it ! Why would I call to let her know my order is incomplete if it wasn’t. I will not support a business that takes your money and gives you an order incomplete and after you kindly let them know, they refuse to accept that they gave you your...

I did not like it. My 1st and last time on this place. Food is too grease and way too expensive over $50 for 2 people. Food is not worth that price or even service. I wanted to order the chilaquiles with meat. But they only had in green sauce and she said it was super spicy 🔥. So I got the Chile relleno. It was not pleasing too the eye since all I could see was the grease. My husband got the Chapino breakfast was also terrible looking and full of grease he did not even finish his food and too me that says a lot. Also a lot of people who where coming in to pick up there phone orders left mad cuz it was not ready . Owners need to pay attention and stop being so cheap with there food...
