YNS — Local services in North Las Vegas

I visited the YNS clothing store about a few days ago and was disappointed by the level of customer service I received. When I expressed interest in purchasing multiple shirts and spending around $300 the staff member assisting me seemed uninterested and even laughed at my request not in a nice way and even talked to the Asian lady in the counter something in another language I didn’t understand, She asked unnecessary questions and rude comments such as “why so much for you?” Which I didn’t think was unnecessary but until she said “You must enjoy pro club shirts Or maybe you just enjoy making my job harder” as she was folding the shirts I was shocked and laughed a bit then I just grabbed the shirts from her and said “I only need 2 thanks” and she looked very mad when I put them back. I bought the 2 shirts which was 18$ the Asian lady who was at the checkout threw the bag at me!!? I didn’t want to cause trouble so I just left.

While the clothing at YNS is stylish and on-trend, I would hesitate to recommend this store to others due to the unsatisfactory customer service I experienced. Laughing and rude comments and throwing the bag at a customer is unprofessional and unacceptable. Hello, hello my peoples so my sister actually told me about this Y.N.S. This place is old school and I totally recommend it!! Now I'm a curvey girl and we know the 2XL and 3xl+ community places wanna charge us an arm and a leg for the clothes our sizes, pero not here mi jente (my people) they have old school prices. They don't give prices over the phone because realistically they can't because not every product is the same and they truly don't want to give you the wrong price. I believe if I really want an item, I'll drive for it. I spent 65.03 on my items like I did as a kid 4 shirts 3xl and gloves and sweats 3xl. I did go to other places and other Y.N.S in my area and 15 miles out because I need these items, and they wanted 9 dollars a shir, so yea, no, thank you. Call into this store to see if they have a certain pro club sweater that I am looking for and to know the price of the sweater to ensure it’s the exact one I want. This store is 45-55mins away from my home so I wanted to be sure I wasn’t waisting a drive so I was informed they could not say the price over the phone so I asked to speak to a manager just so I can ask if the price was around $60 which is just simply a yes or no. The manger got on the phone and i could barely understand what she was saying so I asked if there was someone else I could speak with just so I can get clarity because I could not understand her, she respond “I don’t get why you don’t understand I’m speaking English” which is completely broken so I proceeded to say that was rude and she says bye and hangs up!
