Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Very disappointing of this place. I’ve been coming to this place for the last past eight years. Never had an issue. Always have my order right today 1135. I came to the window and asked for two large waters. Everything was good once I give her my $100 bill She wet my $100 bill the cashier and she was rude and disrespectful and racist as well. I got out of my car and told her she needs to give me a dry and clean bill because you are not allowed to wait no bill to check if it is original or fake. We have a lot of method of check $100 bill at $20 bill and a five dollar bill be working in the bank. This is very unacceptable. What is cashier debt? We came to the argument when she disrespect me call me a name and ended throwing water on me and I respond back to her is very disappointed that they have this type of workers and this type of restaurant That he serve the community for so many years I would like to get a response for the management or corporate from this restaurant to resolve this issue during the confrontation, my hundred dollar bill was last the cook was trying to tell the cashier to return the bill to me that she never did I did police report on her. I’m responding to request a management call like I say again I will appreciate if they can have someone with better attitude and better greeting for the customers at the window. None of the customers and this restaurant deserve these type of personality. I was not the only one with that issue. I go to Roberto's for one reason, it's the "Carne asada Burrito". I've been a customer since I was 12 yrs in San Diego, at the time Roberto's was only located in Southern California. Understandably, the price of menu items has all increased. Being a very popular item, is why the Carne asada Burrito price has increased so much more. That's probably the reason why the issues I do have have sting a bit more. When I order a Carne asada Burrito I never know what I'm going to get. The consistency is all over the place. Sometimes having the¬ driest meat almost to the point of being beef jerky; grisly meat where no matter of chewing will break down the meat to be swallowed; the newest constant issue has been an off-putting taste and having a burrito that you can't differentiate the items that are inside it. I have been ordering through food delivery service alot lately but that's no explanation. During the last 2 months I've purchased and drove my orders home myself and for the second time this year, I took two bites and the burritos went into the trash. Better than most of the Roberts Taco shops anywhere. Their Carne Asda Nachos are ok, they put a lot of cheese and it definitely hits the spot. I would recommend this one. Thier tacos are ok but if you order it with everything they put more onion then carne. I would not recommend the carne asda quesadilla. The meat tasted old and stale, I guess they used leftovers, I threw it away. Also their DRINKS never improve in any of the stores. Their pineapple drink is always way too sweet and they always use sink water and you can definitely taste it. Their Horchata is a hit or miss it can be perfect or over sweetened or they don't strain the rice and sometimes feel like your drinking Arroz con Leche instead. Their Jamica is very good, if I do get a drink I only get this one.
