Sonia's Cuisine — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I ordered the Al pastor tacos, very good flavor, the carne asada was flavorless and low quality meat, had a ground beef flavor with no spices at all, I asked if they could take it back with one bite taken from the 5 tacos combo I ordered for $10 , she says she always makes it that way and they do no refunds and refused to make anything. She was matter of fact and simple customer service was no where in her interaction like something was wrong with me for not liking her nothing flavored carne asada.
