Taco Bell — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This is a Taco Bell on West Lake Mead. The absolutely only reason I've continued going to this one is because it's literally down the street from my house, but after this visit I will not be going back. No employee was friendly. I placed my order for three regular tacos with extra cheese. I added that I would like some mild sauce. I got to the window and it was more like give me your money and I'll give you your food type attitude because he gave me the amount took my card charged it get my car back and then another employee came over and handed my bag out with the food. I got it home only to find out that once again the tacos were stuck to the wrapper. This happens every single time at this location! I don't know what is going on but the edge of the tacos sticks to the wrapper. And then it cracks open when you try and take it apart. Two out of the three tacos had majorly cracked cells like someone put their finger in the middle and push a little bit causing it to crack all over. The meat was cold. There was absolutely no extra cheese and now I've got to look at the receipt and see if I was charged. It's not like I'm going to go back anyway but it'll be just the principal. And there is absolutely no sauce in the bag. Oh and no napkins! The service is like this every time only once in a blue moon I've had a nice person. But the food is always horrible. I don't know why they can't get tacos to not stick to the wrapper but it's frustrating. I'm surprised they lasted in this location as long as they have. If I want Taco Bell I assure you I will not be back to...

Taco Bell was way better back in the days when I was a kid. What on Earth is going with nowadays, that they think they can be rip off customers??? My family and I rarely, but I mean rarely, will consume this kind of food. We've been here once and last night was our 2nd time. The guy that took the order was nice. I never realized that I would see my Chicken Cantina Burrito not look anything like the picture. I held it in my hand and it lost it's shape, looking wobbly. Even my husband's Cantina Chicken Bowl didn't have a lot of food. So I called and spoke with the manager. She seemed apologetic and said she would get to the bottom of this. However, I'm not sure if she meant it or was she being sarcastic. I was so mad. I figured I would leave a review and show photos of the worst burrito. It never occurred to me to read the reviews. There are some that are old, but there is a pattern that matches my experience. And why does it continue to happen? If you go here, maybe order inside and check your food before leaving. I have frequented this location many, many times over the past few years. Never had a major issue until today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large drink and when I get to the window 3 young males were laughing and goofing around. One opened the door and I heard someone saying she is (something) and they all laughed and looked at me and shut the window. A few seconds later, the same guy opened the window and took my card. I saw a hand with long nails, put ice in a cup, and then start filling it with soda. One guy pointed at the window, and the one who had taken my card put his back up against the window, and then the other stood where I could no longer see my drink. Another 15 seconds or so, the window opens, and the guy hands me the drink, and they are all laughing. I tossed the drink. No way I was drinking it after that.
