Bella Vita Pizza — Restaurant in Laurel Springs

I'm sad that I hadn't found this pizzeria until we had gotten a menu in the mail last week because this is thee BEST pizza, stromboli & calzones we've ever had in Southern NJ. I read the negative review & wound up gigglesnorting because I know this sort of scam from owning our own pizzeria in Northern NJ. (Sorry Whiney McScams-a-lot; if you place an order for something, you are obliged to PAY for it, you aren't going to get it for free or cut a deal on the price. Somehow I'll bet you & others ate both the pizza & the wings voraciously but were ticked off you couldn't scam your way into getting it for free. Go try that silly stuff at the corporate joints to get your free pizza coupon.) I found the store to be immaculately clean & the owner & employees to be overtly friendly & as I said previously; the food is delicious! If you haven't heard of Bella Vita or just hadn't tried them; I suggest you do. Can't wait to get out calzones...

Ordered from here for the 1st time called and ordered 2 cheese steaks with extra fried onions and a small homemade soup. After i paid i had a phone call that they were out of soup but could give me a peice of cake instead. I should have canceled my order right then and there! Because What I received was 2 cheesesteaks without cheese and without onions! A ridiculously small peice of some sort of oreo cake that was bagged not separately, but in the same bag with hot French fries and 2 cheese steaks. When you spend 35.00 on cheesesteaks you expect a nice cheesesteak and it looks as if they ran out of meat because there's literally no meat in either cheesesteak. This is a complete disgrace! No onions when I ordered extra, no soup cause you ran out after I ordered it. And no meat or cheese on a cheesesteak!!! Had my son order food tonight. Delivery guy came and my dog is aggressive. I asked him to place it on table on the porch. My son said he ordered no contact delivery. The delivery guy just kept staring at me making me feel uncomfortable . He put the pizza down and continued to stare as I put the dog in the room. I came back and he was slowly walking backwards to his car staring. He sat in his car and continued to stare. I had my sister accompany me to get the food because the situation was weird. I opened the door and he yelled at me and cussed about no tip. I asked my son didnt you tip him $2, my son said yea there was a delivery charge for $2. I said well I normally tip them another $2. Not tipping ain't cool, but the way this guy handled it was ridiculous. Had he known the situation, had I know the situation. This was my 1st time ordering from here as well and it will be my last.
