I will NEVER return to this location.
My TEN year old, is learning how to manage ordering and receiving her own food. And she’s been so excited to do so. Except tonight, upon entering Laurel BK- she ordered, no problem- they made her drinks… then for some reason told her they didn’t have them and offered frozen coke (which is a lesser valued item) she took the frozen coke and was obviously bummed out over it. So, I went back in and I asked them very nicely, first of all to correct the problem.
She asks for a receipt even though you know we were legit just there and you could’ve saved time and re-printed it. My daughter runs back to the car and grabs it.
When she comes back in, I’m explaining the correct way to my TEN year old CHILD how to appropriately deal with situations such as this. She wants to very rudely say “well, she asked her if she wanted the coke…” while rolling her eyes. I’m like hold up, wait a minute, she is TEN YEARS OLD! I’m explaining to her how to deal with situations such as this, she should under no circumstances be paying for something she did not order nor does she want; especially shouldn’t be accepting something that’s a lesser value than what she paid for.
She hands me the cash refund. Attitude still evident. I’m like even children need the chance to learn!

The person inside obviously was not hearing me well as she asked me a couple of times to repeat myself. She asked me what drink I wanted and then at the end of my order was correct… I said yes. At the window, a “boy” gave me a bag with just two sandwiches in it… I told him I needed a drink. Then the person who obviously was speaking to me through the drive through, proceeded to tell me that I didn’t order a drink…. I said I did…. She said if I wanted to order anything else, I could drive around again! I said she needed to satisfy my order and she said no she didn’t! I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager….. and closed the window in my face!!! I sat there for a bit staring at them waiting for them to come back, of course they did not!! I will never go there again… and would suggest others to avoid such an establishment that does not care about customer service in...

This franchise is strategically located in the parking lot of a flea-market. They charge you to use the restrooms!!! I urge you to stay away and teach the franchise owner a lesson in some reverse capitalism. If you must stop in out of need for your child to use the restrooms, be a good patriot and prop the restroom door open, as I did, for other people in need. I'm speaking now to YOU, Burger King. You should be ashamed! BTW... You forgot to give us our beverages, we were too distracted having to use the restrooms to notice! Take the money you saved and go buy some decency-...
