Trade ins similar to gamestop. Don't expect to get a huge amount of money even for boxed and complete retro items. However, when buying things you can get an okay amount of things for a decently fair deal. One thing I implore the staff to do is to price everything out (in the glass too) and not search on Ebay while the customer is standing there after asking for a price. This is the only time I have seen this and for me it just doesn't sit well. Retro prices don't drastically change that frequent to where just putting labels on everything would be a problem.    Read moreI took my Xbox one there to get fixed, because it kept shutting off. I told them it was probably just the power supply. Well they had a guy look at it . About 3 weeks later I got it back they supposedly fixed it. Well everything was loose and it kept doing the same thing. So I took it back. I even traded another system to pay for the repairs. Another 2 weeks later I got it back, and it was doing the same thing. So I just bought a power supply and it worked. Other than that the guys that work there are very knowledgeable the owner is very helpful. I will still go there for buying games and other stuff. But I think they need someone else to fix...

Never feel like im getting ripped off. Even when buying rare games the prices are always fair. They do fix systems as well but i have never used that service. Last time i went they even had a complete steel battalion for the xbox with the gigantic mech controller. I never see that in person but this small store in laurel de has it.
