I grew up going to Wards, and after moving away from home, missed it. I went back recently and was not disappointed with the quality of the food. Fries were awesome, burger was great, and the frosty mug of root beer was as good or better than I remembered. The particular restaurant we visited was fine in most respects, but the temperature was quite hot.

NO ONIONS!!!!!! I said no onions and the girl even said “yeah, there’s no onions.” After I asked at the window before paying for the food. Stop being SO LAZY AND MAKE A HAMBURGER WITHOUT ONIONS WHEN ASKED!

This location was a perfect visit! I enjoyed my entrée items all the way on I-59! The cookies were phenomenal, and I should have gotten a milkshake, but... next time I will.

Yeah, man, Wards, you know? It's more than just a place, it's a vibe, a gathering of good spirits where the flavors dance and sing like a Marley tune. The atmosphere? It's irie, filled with the warmth of the sun and the heart of the earth. Every bite, it's like a melody to your taste buds, rich and hearty, making you feel alright.

The staff, they be jammin' with kindness, moving with the rhythm of hospitality. They greet you with a smile so bright, it could light up the darkest night. And the food, oh, the food! It's a culinary symphony, a fusion of spices and love, cooked up in the kitchen of creation.

So let me tell you, if you seeking a place to fill your belly and your soul, Wards is the spot. Five stars, no doubt! Every little thing about it is gonna be alright. One love, one heart, all gathered at Wards for a feast that's off the...

Normally we will stop by here for an ice cream cone on our way home. I've been to the Wards in Richton many times over the years and they have great food. Thought maybe we could save a little money and try this one for lunch while we were in town. Ordered two quarter pounder combos basically with no pickles. There was hardly any mayo or tomato on the burger. The meat was small for a quarter pounder, barely fit half the bun, and was old, cold, and dry; like it was cooked a few hours earlier. Some of the fries were a little extra crispy and hard, we didn't eat them. Not sure it was a value meal, cost $18, and half of went in the garbage. Better stick with the ice...

The food was good (one of the few wards that didn't put freezing cold ketchup, onions, and cheese on a hot hamburger) but prices were twice as high than what the menu said it was. That's not right. And what's up with your cheese? It's not even the actual size of a piece of cheese. And when you order a double whatever hamburger, why I gotta pay .70 for some tiny piece of cheese? Shouldn't a double be double meat and cheese like everyone else? This is why I hate supporting local businesses. The majority of them use that as an excuse to rip...
