4/5 only because it was impossible for me to place an order via phone. I called several times before heading there. I got someone to answer but he immediately walked away from the phone and didn't come back. I finally just went over there and I called while standing outside just to see what happens. I watched as he answered the phone and sat it right back down, didn't ask me to hold or anything. I get it hearing the phone ring all night can get annoying but this was not the appropriate way to handle it. It's frustrating for customers. I did end up going inside to place an order in person and was satisfied with everything that happened after that. The food was great and I have been back several times since. Service in placing order what's normal but it was the worst lo mein I have ever had in my life. Nothing but noodles few little pieces of pork and hardly any veggies and the noodles were huge. I called them to complain and they just told me that's the way they cook it and nobody else had complained. That's the way the boss wants it. I thank you very much and told him I would never be back it was the first time for me and it will be the last. Maybe other things are good I do not know and I will not spend the money to find out as they did not offer to let me try anything else or give me part of my money back as I would have been glad to give them their lo-mein back. Bur heater is broken. My 6 yr old had to partially wait and eat with mittens on. The host had to wear a scarf while she took our orders and prepared the food.The food was so hot that it burn our throats when swallowing. They had no silverware. They had no hot tea on the coldest day of the year. They really had no actual service. I had to get my own food and clean up too. The shrimp was over cooked. The portions were oversized. The chicken was just ok. The rice was good after you pull out the shrimp. It is really not worth the ride from 95 or 71 especially...
