A party of four ordered: black bean burger with okra, a chicken club and a Po-Boy both with fried, and the 4th ordered nachos + shredded chicken as their main. Our waitress, Tabitha, was super - sweet and attentive. When the nacho's arrived with both chicken and shrimp, that member of our party didn't complain. While he thought it was an odd combo, to send it back would result in his eating well after we were finished. Plus, he commented that it was such a small amount of shrimp, felt some of the Po-Boy may have ended up on his nachos. However, when the bill came, his $12 nachos were now $22 as a $10 charge was added for both chicken and shrimp. Given the nachos didn't have real cheese (liquid cheese from a can or powder mix), $12 was an acceptable charge. But when you don't order shrimp, you should be able to have that charge lifted. It was a mistake not to complain immediately, but his reasoning was logical. Tabitha took his complaint to management, who personally addressed the issue at our table with the argument that "since you ate it, my hands are tied".
Management is doing a disservice to its wait and kitchen staff by not supporting them when errors occur. They shouldn't be forced with performing with perfection - no one can be without flaw. Tabitha was delightful, and like the rest of us, will make mistakes... that she showed such obvious confliction now translates that she knew she couldn't go to management knowing it would end just as it did. She apologized, and we want her to know we don't hold her to blame. TVs and bad acoustics all around, and she misheard his request for shredded chicken only. But management should have allowed her to shine considering how their $5 refund from the bill could have affected her tip... But it did not.
My suggestion is... If your dish is wrong, send it back. Clearly, they would rather lose an entire meal over a faction deduction. Support the staff receiving instruction under this type of management.

They usually come with ground beef but our waitress said I could get them with shredded chicken or shrimp instead . I opted for the chicken. My nachos arrived last to the table. The chips were out of a bag. The cheese was canned nacho cheese sauce(a whole lot of it). There wasn't much chicken and after about three or four bites, I realized there were diced shrimp mixed in. I didn't order shrimp but I figured it was a bonus. When the bill came, I got a bonus alright! There was a up charge for $10 for chicken and shrimp. The waitress neglected to mention this when I ordered and it’s no where on the menu. I asked the waitress to remove the charge for the shrimp since I didn't order them. She said she would fix it, but when I got my receipt to sign, the $10 charge was still there. I asked to speak to the manager, who arrived and informed me that since I ate the shrimp I would have to pay for them, even though I didn't order them. Needless to say, I was disappointed by the customer service I received! So my not so great nachos...

After waiting over an hour for our food our server finally came to say something and could probably tell I was irritated. More than half the restaurant is empty and we are still waiting. Even my 4 yr old is asking our server what was taking so long. She said she didn’t know. After another 10 or so minutes we can see our server fussing at the kitchen staff (who most were just standing around, we have a pretty good view of the kitchen from where we are sitting). I watched as our food was placed on a tray and sat on the counter. When food finally showed up my food was barely even warm and they hadn’t even brought all the food we ordered. My child’s food still wasn’t ready. Absolutely disappointed in the service and even the food. My husband’s steak wasn’t cooked right and he stated he could’ve cooked a better one at home. We are taking our food to go at this point it’s been 2 hours since we’ve been here. Still waiting to get boxes and our check. This is our first and last time we will be here.
