Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lavon

This is the WORST dunkin location! I was excited to try this place because it’s an “on tap” location but left EXTREMELY upset after my visit. I ordered a small iced coffee with caramel swirl and get charged for a medium iced coffee with French vanilla?! I explained to the worker (Natalie) that this is not what I ordered. She then proceeds to argue with me that she made the correct drink but rang it up incorrectly. By the time I got home I tried the drink and realized she put vanilla instead of caramel. I visited Dunkin Donuts in Lavon, TX and it was a disaster from start to finish. When we arrived, we were the only customers there. They couldn't even get our donut order right. When we asked for the missing donuts, they acted annoyed and inconvenienced. Then, they managed to mess up one of our drinks and were yet again annoyed when we brought it to their attention. And to top it off, they couldn't even provide us with straws when we asked, and when they finally did, they gave us the wrong ones and sighed loudly when we asked for the correct ones. Went inside after being told in drive thru that they were sold out of so many donuts, more being made. And I could come look inside at what was available, it was "too hard" for them to explain to me what was available. Exited line and parked and went inside. Waited 20ish mins inside for more donut holes, none ever made. Coffee drink I ordered wasn't even drinkable, so bitter. Waited at counter to request to fix the drink, no employee even acknowledged I was there. 7+ employees working and they all were looking frazzled & lost? Perhaps in a few months their training will kick in? Not planning to visit here again...
