My husband and I really like Ninoās. We order from them frequently and love the Brooklyn pizza and wings. Tonight, I ordered through the Uber Eats app. Iām trying to stay away from carbs, so I ordered a cheesesteak sub and asked for no bread. The picture on the Uber Eats app that is associated with a cheesesteak sub shows the sandwich having lettuce, tomato, onion and Mayo. When my order was delivered I was disappointed when I took the lid off my dish to see plain steak and cheese and nothing else. My husband called and we were told we ordered wrong. Apparently, we should have ordered the steak hoagie. I looked back at the app and saw where the descriptions differ. I went by the picture which I was told āwas put in the wrong spotā. The price for the sub and the hoagie are the same. We were offered nothing to make it right which was the most disappointing of all. I work in customer service and when we make mistakes (and even when we donāt), we do something to make it right to the customer. Iām sad all we got was, ātoo bad, so sad. Next time...

There is one waitress whom I have encountered several time and unfortunately she is not very good. She does not come to the table with menus or water. I went today and waited 20 min before I went to the pizza counter and asked to order and they were not very busy. They said the waitress would be right with me. After an additional 10 min she came and took my order, after that she never returned with silverware, or my drink. I finally had to get my own drink and pick up my order from the kitchen window. I was completely wrong the workers are down right rude I'd even go as far as arrogant! Had an issue with an order food was prepared incorrectly requested refund or new food. The attitude I received was not of a professional business. Lack of better judgement I accepted the food...did I mention they requested the other food BACK!!!! Food was actually good! Called tonight and was told WE CANNOT TAKE YOUR ORDER. Bring Nino's back!!! Professionalism, good food AND service go hand in hand ! You cannot have one without the other.
