McDonald's — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

I visited this McDonald’s over the weekend & I ended up pulling off without some items that I ordered & paid for. I was heading out with a friend, so instead of turning back around I decided to call them about it. I spoke with a woman by the name of ‘Laura Gonzalez’, she told me it would be ok for me to come get my missing items a different day. Fast forward to a few days later….. I sat in their drive thru for about 10/15 mins , hoping I’d either see the woman I spoke with or that the issue would be resolved with no issues. Come to find out , no one by the name of Laura Gonzalez works there. I’m not sure if they just didn’t want to give me what I was surely owed , or if really , no one works there by that name. Either way, shame on them! I’ll drive to a different Mcd’s before I ever return because I definitely feel like it could have been handled differently. I know some ppl are not honest these days, however, I frequent this location & always pay with no problem. I don’t have a reason to sit in a long line in hopes of a free items . All I wanted was what I paid for & whoever answered the phone when I called back that day lied about their name. Honestly , it’s so many Spanish people that work there … I’m pretty sure there was a Laura Gonzalez there ! I told them I’d return after I find my receipt but I never did . I’m sure I tossed it away over the weekend by accident. But they don’t have to worry about me anymore, I got my money back...

There are no bins for recycling.. everything goes into the same trash. Spoke to the manager why Mc Donald's does not have separate trash bin for recycling. He said I shld talk to the franchise owners of McDonald's who owns all the mcdonald stores all over the world coz they are all built the same way and none of them have separate bins for recycling. When i asked if he cares about the planet and all the plastic going into trash. He says he got nothing to do with it. The girl who sat next to him who seemed like a McDonalds employee or the girl at the counter didn't care one bit about earth or the environment and polluting it with all this plastic going into regular trash. Wonder how people exist so unconsciously seriously live so selfishly and don't care about the earth they live in that provides them everything... McDonald's and its employees certainly care a damn about this earth or that we have 50 percent more plastic trash than fish in the ocean. Their menu absolutely sucks..ALL they sell mostly is Meat meat meat as if man is still a huntet still living in the caves and hunting animals in the jungle like other animals.. nothing but salad for vegetarian and vegans.. I'm sure the owners of Mcdonell dont care a damn what happens to animals of this earth or earth itself. Cheap food ..cheaper ethics.. Representative...

Service? I do believe customer oriented service is loosing meaning in many places and this McDonald's is not exception if keep in mind cleaneless overall. At least it's quite cleaner than McDonald's in Buffalo, NY i had a pleasure to visit month ago.😁😁😁 what can you say about food facility if even picture of that building on Google Maps with the crooked street signage as you see. Apparently NJ DOT has issues too not only with the signage but street lighting especially. During the Halloween children trick or treated in the dark what's unsafe neither for them as pedestrians neither for drivers to drive in suburbs with poor lighting and potholes around. No surprise at all. I was told by Town of Colonie, NY that it's not responsibility of Town of maintenance but you walk on your own risk on the streets and it's pedestrians responsibility according Attorney of Town not to get hurt.😁😁😁 Have a...
