Best spot in town for a slice. This location is on an extremely busy and inconvenient intersection and if there' s a big game going on in the adjacent baseball field, you'll find it difficult to park and drive. However, if you do decide to take the chance, you wont regret it. Brother's Pizza boasts an open kitchen so you are able watch how they very speedily and carefully handle food. Everything is seasoned to perfection. The pizza is delicious, not too doughy and not to thin either. The selection is extensive but doesn't take away from the generous portion size and quality of food. One of the owners is usually always there in the thick of it with the staff so you know that everything going out is up to standards. If you're calling in for delivery or pick up, you'll most likely get one of the girls on the phone and most of them have thick accents which has never been an issue because they will always repeat your order back to you to make sure it is correct. They also have a couple of arcade games and some seats available for eating in. It is a non-extravagant, charming, family oriented business that has very obviously been around for some time. It is always loud and lively in the restaurant so do not expect a quite lunch, dinner etc. The restrooms are for patrons only, but unless you really have to go, hold it. They are very small, crammed and not the most pristine. Just as the restaurant could use an update in decor so do the bathrooms. Don't expect much from the LOOK of this place, but again, you won't waste your money eating here as everything on the menu...
Read moreToday I placed an order for a family order of chicken and fries. After nearly waiting an hour for my order I called and was told my order wasn't out for delivery because they were waiting on the driver. They specifically told me that my order was out there on the counter waiting for the driver. I didn't want to wait for cold food so I decided to cancel the order.Five minutes later I received a nasty voicemail from Brother's Pizza accusing me of playing games and using aggressive language.I'm frustrated because I am a long time customer of Brother's Pizza and I didn't expect to be attacked for canceling an order after waiting an hour. I also have a saved copy of the voicemail just in case. In the voicemail by the way it was insinuated that I was a child playing games. No I am an adult who just wanted to have her food delivered on time. One of the worst customer service...
Read moreAs good as the food might be, the service is terrible. At my place of employment we order 2 to 3 times a week from brothers and this final time the employee was very rude and then hangs up without saying thank you or ok you're all set. So I called back and her excuse after I requested to speak to a manager was that they are very busy. Excuse me, I'm very busy at work daily and have never and would never speak to a customer in that manner. So I'm waiting for the manager to get on the phone and instead I get the employee back on the phone saying the manager is very busy and can't come to the phone. Ok awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE. So if busy means poor treatment then my order might be too much so I cancelled it. Sorry but I surely won't be spending my dollars there. Thanks for the bad treatment and you'll be getting that in return. PAISANOS PIZZERIA...
