Worst place I have ever done business with, if there was a lower score I would had give it! Customer service is trash!! Once you buy something and they have your money good luck if you find something wrong with it. I bought a figurine briefly looked at it in the store for cracks, got it home under better lighting noticed some imperfections, called the store right away a lady answered the phone, told her my issue asked to speak to the manager, over heard him saying he didn’t want to speak to me, that I was stuck with it. I had a very good shopping experience at the store. I came from Lynn , MA almost an hour away from the store looking for new couches in a BD. I found what I was looking for. I was very pleased with the staff. The lady that was helping me was very friendly, but who made my experience better was zaid he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and he went out of his leave for me to get my couches on a day that was close so I pick them up because he knows I work the open.
