Casabe Fruit Store & Delicatessen — Restaurant in Lawrence

Terrible service, this place has a awful customer service. This is my experience after visiting this place. Everytime I call to place an order the staff always ends up making the wrong food, or charging me the wrong amount. This happens every time I place an order unbelievable! The owners daughter is very rude, has a terrible attitude and treats people with no respect. Another thing is that their phone line is disconnected, and it's been disconnected for months so don't bother to make a call to place an order because the restaurant phone is not in service. I mean what type of " business" is this! I do not recommend visiting this...

Well this place is nothing like in the picture. It’s basically a convenience store. They have 2 premade salads for sale which where the worst my girlfriend had ever tried. We think this place is just for money laundering as there is no way the make any money. They don’t sell any fruits or vegetables. The only food besides the 2 salads were small chip bags and candies. I love this little gem in the city. Fruits are fresh and what is best is that I get fruits I can't get anywhere... called ahead to reserve the notorious quenepas last week and went in to get them and by that time all the rest were gone. This place is trendy and can I say this again? FRESHHHH. Iately I get these yummy coconuts that come ready to drink with a provided straw. I feel like I'm in Puerto Rico or Bahamas when I take them...
