Joseph's Bakery — Restaurant in Lawrence

I have been buying Joseph’s low carb pita bread from Walmart for the past few years. I enjoy it very much and eat it without guilt. Sometimes, I do not find it in the store. So I started to order directly from Joseph’s Bakery website. Unfortunately, I noticed when I buy it directly from the bakery most of the bread is half baked and very moist. There are also a lot of pitas that are bent. In addition, I always have a few bags with 4 pitas instead of 5. Lately, I am buying 12 packages in every order. I feel so bad spending my money on bread that is hard to eat since it is not fully backed and does not look appetizing. The bakery puts the bad pitas in small orders. I was thinking of how happy I was to discover the amazing products that are created by Joseph’s Bakery. My family and I have enjoyed their delicious Pita Breads for some time. They are always fresh as well as delicious. Made with lots of love. We enjoy the original version and also the whole grain version and the whole wheat version. I have used the Pita bread to make my own delicious Pizza recipe; Stuffed them with Hummus and Baba Ghanoush cucumber and tomato for a Mediterranean meal! Sometimes I just cut them in half and fill them with a salad and drizzle a little dressing for another very filling and healthy meal. Then there’s my favorite breakfast pita with sautéed potatoes, peppers and scrambled eggs. Very delicious! Poor product & Rude CSR, I been purchasing pita bread for long time and on my last shopping mistakely I picked the wrong brands pita bread and I wasted my Money, I you can see in the photo I have provided the weight(37g) of each pita bread is way under the normal pita bread and this particular brands you can not use it for anything, the photo on bag shows you can make a nice sandwich out of it but this pita bread hardly will hold to two leafs of romaine lettuce will definitely break in part.So I called to customer service representative to report the issues with pita her name was shandiz said and after explanation she did not even say sorry about the issues and i am very sure she knew about it and I was not the only one who called.
