Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lawrence

This place is a mess! Ordered online 3 times from here not sure why but have and the first time waited over a hour and a half then I called no answer about 6 times finally went up there and to be told they were out of dough took 7 days to get my money back, second time they just canceled the order no explanation or anything couldn't get anyone on the phone didn't waste my time even going up just called my bank and had charges reversed, brings us to today ordered online everything seemed fine got to the it's in the oven stage and then it's been over a hour and came up to pick it up as I knew it wasn't taking over a hour for 5 pizzas pepperoni and cheese, get here and he says oh its been done for awhile I didn't update the thing and I don't have all the pizzas you will have to wait because I sold them. This place is awful I have been a manager for 13 years and would never allow this to continue its absolutely insane to me no one takes care of this place. If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, they were late. and then I received a text that said door dash delivered it only I had clicked for "hand to me option" and no one had been there and nothing was left on our porch. I'd left specific instruction about our location and they had my phone number. I called the number and the dasher did not speak English. I don't care if English isn't some's first language but please know enough to communicate with customers. (If I was somewhere where my language wasn't the more common language I'd make it a point to learn to communicate at a basic level). So here it was nearly 40 minutes late and no pizza, we called door dash and they couldn't get ahold of the driver, so they refunded us. We called little Caesar's to inform them of what happened, so they could be aware since this may cause them to lose business for outsourcing to a delivery service vs delivering themselves. I wouldn’t bother walking into this place and expecting help from one of those hot n ready hot head cashiers. Especially after 9pm. Short big body girl gives attitude when trying to order pizza, it’s your job to take my order and make my pizza. Sorry we couldn’t get you another stimulus check so you could stay at home all day on section 8 with your 3 kids. Have some respect for the adults who come in here just trying to feed their kids. Our money we spend here is the reason you come into work, so respect every customer who walks in how you’d expect to be respected.
