I actually went to pickup my order as I was standing in front of the counter…I watched them put my entire order in the warmer (I didn’t know at the time it was mine) then I still stood for another 15 minutes even though I didn’t get there until the app said my order would be ready! When the cashier walked to the front, now there were 2 more people waiting ( one was there prior to my arriving) he pointed at me as if he FORGOT I was there. All this after I left a freaking tip and he took it out of register and put it in his pocket, I thought it would get shared but I doubt it. He pulls that order out of the warmer that I saw them place in there 15 minutes prior, I said “ well, I saw them put that in there 15 minutes ago, and no one could have given it to me? “ His comment was” Its all there” . What? I didn’t ask that , however when I get home the Pizza WAS WRONG! Omg. Really I know it’s hard to find good workers but they really need to be fired if they are going to come to work high, and it was OBVIOUS! I ordered two pizzas with a double order of breadsticks. Not hard but one pizza was to be thin crust cushy pepperoni and extra cheese which I PAID FOR AND DIDNT GET, the second pizza was supposed to be Tavern style ( it too was thin, not what I ordered) with cushy pepperoni. So both pizzas were wrong and everything by the time we made it home was cold BTW, I understand that this weather keeps the floors a bit dirty when people walk in and around with mud and snow on their feet, but they have dirt all over the walls and tables and doors meaning if the front is that dirty, just how dirty is the kitchen they are...
Read moreWe ordered 3 orders of wings and a medium pizza online. Got a call from them about 40 minutes after we ordered saying they were out of BBQ wings and that we need to pick different ones. This means they were already working on our order. After not receiving our order after an hour and half after ordered I called. They told me our order was not ready yet. I asked for the manager. She told me that the delivery time was for 11:48pm. We ordered at 7:30. We order online all the time and never click to have it delivered at a later time. The email confirmation we got after ordering said that the delivery would be within an hour. The manager put me on hold. I waited 5 minutes, hung up and called back. I asked for the manager again. The employee told me she wasn't taking any phone calls. I threatened to call corporate and she got on the phone. She aparently thought I was some other disgruntled customer. I wanted to know where our order was. She then told me I told her to cancel the order; no I did not. She told me she couldn't change the time of the order and proceeded to argue with me. Read moreI ordered a 4pack of 20oz drinks. I ordered 3 Pepsi and 1 Mountain Dew. When the driver delivered my order with the pizzas it contained 2 Pepsi, 1 Dr. Pepper, and 1 DIET Pepsi. The pizzas were fine but when I asked the driver about the drinks all he could say was they gave him a 4 pack of drinks. No mention of why we did not get what we ordered or an attempt to find out why they were not correct. I was very upset so I called the store directly but got a message that the mailbox was full and to try my call later. I feel I should have gotten at least a call from the store to ask what substitute drinks I wanted (if they were out of what we ordered). This was an online order and they could have texted me as I receive texts about the delivery status. They could use my phone and contacted me. Instead there was no attempt to make my order correct or a satisfactory solution to the problem. I had even tipped the driver on my credit card.Sure wish I had not done that now and rest assured I will not tip ahead again. I will tip when I am satisfied with my order and will give cash tips only. Bad way to do business. I will never recommend this store to anyone. The pizzas were great...
