Nice people, but unfortunately - and in contrast to all of these glowing reviews about the sushi - I just found that everything I ordered wasn't up to par. I'm a big salmon lover... Salmon sashimi, nigiri, various rolls. Pretty sure I got a mouthful of the ocean with every bite, and not in a good way. Good quality sushi won't have that odd, unpleasant, fishy aftertaste... or the painfully dry rice. Always the same waitress, who is outstanding in every way, and the food has always been perfect. It seems like 90% of their evening business is take out, so the dining experience is always quite pleasant. It's never bustling with noise like many places. I'd happily recommend Tomo to anyone. Even for those who know virtually nothing about Japanese food, like my family, don't hesitate to give it a try....
