Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg Township

Your much better off driving down the road by the school (not far at all) and going to the other location!

I went to this 24 hour one on Mar. 18, 2025 and since a few days ago I had ordered an assorted 10 pack of munchkins donut holes with all the diff flavors and loved it, I decided to get a 50 pack of mixed flavors donut holes expecting to see the same 5 types from before, but I had to park and bring them back in and get a refund as they failed to tell me that they only had 2 flavors and gave me about 35 chocolate and 15 plain glazed. When I asked what the deal is they said they were only going to carry plain glazed, chocolate and blueberry (didn't even have blueberry that day). I see it as taking the cheaper or easier route by eliminating the filled Munchkin donut holes (Boston Cream and jelly filled). Since Boston Cream was my favorite, I went down the street and got a 50 pack of assorted (about 25 Boston Cream tho ;-) ).

So for now on Everytime I come through Lawrenceburg IN. I will stop at the OTHER Dunkin' donuts by the High School NOT this one (24 hour one). The other one has a bigger selection and more variety actually on the shelves than this one as well. Normally it’s really not even worth mentioning nor complaining about but this was probably the worst customer service experience I’d had in a while. While in the drive-thru picking up a hot coffee I’d simply asked for a stir stick and the gentleman handing us our coffee proceeded to get argumentative and explained to me that they already mix the coffees and refused to hand me a stir stick. I was dumbfounded and just let him know that the sweetened swirl I get in my hot coffees will sometimes sink to the bottom and I just like to have something with me on hand to stir it with. I then asked him if I could have a straw and he says “I can give you a knife.” Having worked with the general public for over fifteen years consecutively myself, I simply cannot fathom arguing with a customer who simply requested a stir stick for their coffee while working at a Dunkin’...

“Sorry it’s taking so long, but we’re shorthanded today.” Nothing was taking any time, but it should have. I just paid $4 plus each for croissants, and the sausage was cold as if it just came out of a refrigerator. They put the sandwich into a microwave for maybe 15 seconds; just long enough to get the croissant kinda warm enough to get us away from the place before I realized I was essentially scammed. It’s drive-through, so I guess it was figured that I’d be on my way and they wouldn’t have to deal with it. I’m extremely disappointed, because this new location works great for us.
