Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg Township

Very very poor restaurant! Ill update with details later but this place is an absolute disgrace. Just because I have tinted Windows and met someone in the parking lot prior to a scheduled UAS (unmanned Aerial Systems) operation nearby (which was recorded with the FAA & Im a FAA Licensed Commercial Part 107 UAS Pilot (working on my Part 61 Private Pilots License as well). And because I met someone who got in my vehicle for a few minutes they made assumptions and called the police saying a drug deal was going on!

Well Taco Bell not that it is your business, but I was a paying customer that day, my passenger was my visual observer and assistant for the job that day and the other person who got in the vehicle happened to be MY SISTER who had just won a significant sum of money at the casino and met with me since I was in the area, she was giving me money to take back to our mother who is disabled and on a fixed income. My sister lives further south of there while I reside on the same street as our mother so having me take the money to her was the logical choice!

Had I known I would be accused of "doing a drug deal" , I would have met her at a less judgemental location. I have FAA Licenses, a Commercial Drivers License (CDL), HAM Radio Licenses, Boom Truck Crane License, Rigger License, Crane Signal Person License, EPA Refrigerant Lic., too many certificates to list, have an Associates Degree in Unmanned Arial Technologies, working on a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, have diagnosed and repaired complex problems with advanced Electrical Discharge Machining CNC machines and more.

Was it my tinted windows or my younger look (Im in my mid to upper 40s but look younger) that made you decide to have 2 police cruisers block me in and interrogate me with accusations of drug deals? I pull up to the drive thru, and attempt to place an order. We're told that one item, Quesarito, can only be ordered through the app. They can't ring it in at the store. Only though the app. You didn't misread that. It's just as dumb as it sounds. So I silently die inside, reluctantly pull out my phone, and begin to place the order. Right as I'm checking out, the employee says that I have to leave the line and pull around because they have a timer and have to keep their numbers good, also another car is now behind me. I state that I'm actively checking out, and the car behind me is behind me because they got there after me, and that they only just now got there in the middle of me checking out. The employee states that if I don't pull around, they won't serve us the food. So I reluctantly pull around, and get the food, with the intention of calling and complaining, however they intentionally didn't provide a receipt so I don't have the order number and customer service number to complain. Employees are high tonight I tell ya, say in drive thru and absolutely nothing! So I go to pull out thinking they closed and the app was wrong, but it was I that was wrong because there was two cars and I could see someone in there. So I pull around thinking maybe they was busy doing something and didn’t know I was there. Well safe to say they knew just didn’t care. I lost my patience after sitting for 10 minutes and gave a little honk just to see if maybe they still didn’t now I was in drive thru and still they ignored me. So I honked again still nothing they was like 5-6 feet from the window I know they heard me honk but never came to ask if I had an order or wanted to place one.
