Burger King — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg Township

Placed an order online while in the parking lot, gave it about 5 or so minutes and pulled to the drive thru. Told them I had an online order and asked if they could switch my drink to something else they said sure. Pulled around to the window was handed my drink and it tasted watered down. Different worker came to the window and handed me another drink and said she couldn’t throw the other one away? I was totally confused. Was then told to pull around to the front of the building that they would bring out my order. I waited at the front of the building for about three minutes and my food was brought out, I also asked for a ranch for my jalapeño popper bites. I get into the bag my husbands chking sandwich was not hot whatsoever and it was hard like it had been sitting for hours. My whopper was also cold and tasted old the only thing that was hot was my daughters chicken fries and the jalapeño poppers so I don’t understand why I had to be pulled if my food wasn’t going to be fresh. I go to grab the ranch for the jalapeños and they gave me two bbq sauces instead!! Worst Burger King food...

I grabbed an order to go. I ordered from the breakfast menu. The woman who was handling the cash register and drive-thru window was amazing. Unfortunately, the cooks weren’t even trying. The breakfast sandwich was literally like a cold cut style sandwich and the coffee was luke warm AT BEST. It also wasn’t busy, so I’m not sure why everything turned out the way it did.

The one cook was busy goofing off and not even properly wearing his mask… It was down around his chin and he was handling food. I’m not one of those crazy people pushing masks all the time, but if you are handling other people’s food, it should be a given that you’re wearing it properly.

With all the people looking for work right now who have good work ethic, not really sure why some of these people are...

Orginally went to the BK in aurora sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes finally gave up and came here no wait and no one in line which was great i order a kids meal and a whopper jr meal pulled to the window sat and waited for someone to come i paid then received a big drink for the kids meal thought ok no big deal but it became and issue when i opened the bag and both meals were in the same bag i told them i ordered a kids meal and the workers told me i didn't and wanted to freaking argue with me and where gonna charge me again Really! So i ended up getting the wrong food charged twice as much and the food was cold and wrong and got a paper toy that should've been a hot wheel toy i am done with them they don't give a darn anymore will take our...
