It’s been a couple of months since I last ordered a pizza, so when I logged into the site, I noticed it changed. Being accustomed to ordering the largest pizza they had on the menu, I placed my online order. When the pizza arrived, I was in for a shock!! Evidently, the prices and names of the pizzas have changed! So, where I was accustomed to ordering the largest pizza they have, I received my delivery order to get a 8 slice pizza for the same price I would pay for the XL. When I called the store and explained my issue with my order. Mind you, I have been ordering the same pizzas for almost 4 yrs! I am told by the person on the phone that it’s not his fault because he made what I ordered and it’s not my fault because the site and prices changed, but it’s nothing he can do about it! Who tells a LOYAL customer there is nothing you can do??? He even went as far as looking up my order history, had the nerve to tell me that if I had order the CORRECT pizza, I would only have paid $1 more AND then go on to over talk me when I tried to explain my situation! RUDE, LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK OF PROBLEM SOLVING AND ATTITUDE for a valued customer. If you want the person that answers the phone to put you on hold while you are still talking complainig about your pizza being 1 hr and 40 minutes late just to shut you up, call this place. The worst customer service ever. I ordered my pizza at 5:07 pm. I called the store at 6:10 pm because my pizza had not arrived and when i talked to the girl that pocked up the phone she said that my pizza just got out of the oven and it was going to be delivered shortly when i put my order 1 hour ago. I started telling her that was not aceptable and she put me on hold just to shut me up. When somebody came back to the phone it was a manager, his name is Jayden or some... Like that, who said 1 hr and and change was their delivery standard. So 1 hour and 52 minutes later the delivery guy shows up. So it takes this store about 2 hours for them to get you your pizza and if you are going to have a bunch of hangry people at your house waiting for food from this Jets pizza place i would recomend to take your money somewhere else. Read moreWe order from Jet’s often. We normally get the large thin crust Jet 10. Tonight we ordered delivery instead of picking it up like we normally do. For a large thin crust Jet 10 (and we paid extra to add on extra cheese and mild banana peppers) and a medium Greek salad with a tip it came out to $43. When we opened the pizza, it was round (which is odd…it’s always rectangular), overcooked, barely any cheese (definitely not the extra cheese we paid for), and the banana peppers we put on top like they forgot them and not baked into the cheese. When I called to inquire what happened, the worker who answered the phone said that is how it was supposed to be and if I wanted to drive up to the location (at 9pm at night) he could remake it or take $5 off next time.
