McDonald's — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

Joke , out of all the McDonald's restaurants I have been to Lawrenceville IL is by far the worst . Staffed after 3pm with all young kids who are rude , no work ethic , talk about customers where other customers can hear , no customer service skills which should be a must when dealing with people , they mess up a water order then blame you of their own ignorance , food always cold , actually had a worker say they tamper with food when a customer complains , not sure why a business would allow that , & support that , always get parked & might get your order , might get the 7th car before yours order , & the Manager's who are supposed to lead , be just as bad ! The Manager who's mother allows him to stay employed is funny tho because she is polar opposite Jamie a good Manager unfortunately her son needs more training for the job it signed up for . The day shift is good tho , zero or minimum issues and they are trained for the job , know how to handle issues & make un bias decisions. . - I work customer service collecting unpaid debt & my job would fire such a worker, because even tho my job is collecting a debt the are aware they owe there is a professional way to do so as well as listening to my clients to see if we can accomplish a win , win , win . Win for me because job well done . Win for client because they feel valued & feelings validated. And win for Company because my clients will happily return & word of mouth bring new clients. McDonald's needs a new standard for employees, stop just hiring anybody & keeping bad employees because the Mother might get mad or have dirt on upper Management whatever the case is . DO BETTER ! Went in for dinner to take home one evening after work, went to the counter to place my order, and the employees just starred at me at the counter, didn't offer to place my order, or redirect me, nothing. A bunch of teenagers walled in and placed there order on the kiosk, and they actually got waited on. They could have took 1 minute out of there day to place my order, but did they, no. I waited at the counter for 7 minutes, finally got fed up with it and went to Hardee's instead. They think 15 an hour ain't enough, but there too lazy to wait on coustmers, it just makes you frustrated when they all just stare at you and don't make an attempt. Will not be going...

Everytime we come here something is always messed up with our order, and they somehow manage to mess up the entire order, not just one and some of them are rude. Not only that, but every time we have ordered curbside, it takes them forever to bring the food out and when you receive it, even when they arent busy, it's all just thrown together and very messy. A good majority of the time you will recieve your food with the toppings beside the burgers and squished.
