Family and I decided to stop by the casino as a way to celebrate after my brothers basic graduation after driving from Florida. The casino itself was nice and the staff were absolutely lovely within it, but the restaurant itself was absolute trash. I have never been anywhere where I have wanted to walk out due to the service being so terrible. First we weren’t asked how many in our party or if we had a preference for seating we were just walked straight to a table with two sets of silverware for four people. We asked if we could get a booth for four people when we got to the table and was sighed at. Our server took our order and brought us watered down drinks. 20 minutes later almost walked by our table and said ‘oh wait did you want bread?’ She then took our order with the food not coming out for almost an hour after ordering while other tables who sat after us were getting their food. Not once did she check in on us making sure our food was good, if we needed anything or if we wanted refills on our drinks. The WORST part was I tried to order an alcoholic drink and was turned away due to how my ‘id wasn’t in perfect condition.’ I explained that I’ve never had an issue, I was let into the casino, made it onto a military base AND the restaurant says 21 and up only, so how did I get in? We decided not to stay for dessert and called it quits. As we were leaving the restaurant my family noticed that the server was contacting security possibly trying to get me kicked out of property due to a ‘fake id.’ Thank god I don’t live in the state and never have to visit this establishment again. -10/10 do not recommend anyone dining in here you will be more then disappointed. In total, a family of four all with sandwiches, the meal took over two...

I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat at 360 Restaurant, but if already at Apache Casino/Hotel it can be a positive experience with some research to avoid pitfalls and mild expectations for service.
Let’s start with the positives: Scratch bread pudding is very good and the sauce is excellent, with a notable bourbon taste Chocolate Bomb desert is delightful White chocolate creme brûlée is a solid desert, not their best but a good choice if you’re in the mood Spinach artichoke dip is above average and appears scratch made. The pita chips that surround it are very good. Grilled cheese sandwich is excellent. Dinner rolls are a delight. However, I’m quite certain they are Sister Schubert rolls (available in the freezer at a grocery store near you). Smoky martini was expectedly good
Neutral points: ~ Our server was friendly with attempts to be helpful, but less than adequately attentive and not familiar with the whole menu. There were numerous times we needed our server with none to be found. ~ House-made chips were better than store bought kettle chips, a little better. Not worth a trip but worth getting once you’re here.
Now the downside: The “Delmonico” steak was not Delmonico. It was an average Ribeye, rather thin, grilled decently to order. A rather uninspiring steak, not bad, not recommended. 360 Cheeseburger was almost bland. Ordered rare, it arrived well-done, the bacon was mildly flavorful. The bun was the highlight, the only highlight. Old Fashioned was unrecognizable and a failure as a cocktail. Like soda water with cheap whiskey and a bit of orange. Yuck. Primo Margarita was mediocre. The only saving grace was a healthy...
Read moreI have never seen anything like this. It was supposed to be a ribeye, but it had no marbling whatsoever plus it was overcooked. It had one little piece of fat on the end almost as if it had somehow been attached to a cheap steak and it was much thicker than the rest of the steak. It was so tough that I couldn’t eat it. It looked and felt more like one of those really cheap pieces of meat that you can buy from your local grocer. The potato tasted like it had been cooked in the microwave and it was still a little bit hard. I ordered it fully loaded and it came out with butter only. The shrimp cocktail was rubbery and stringy, like one of those frozen kind you buy at the store. I didn’t even try the bread. The Pepsi was good. It has to be really bad for me to call a manager over but I just had to do it. She would not admit that the steak was overcooked. Who doesn’t understand what medium well means? It’s supposed to be a warm pink center and of course she insisted it was a ribeye. She assured me that the potato was not cooked in the microwave, but I don’t believe it. She kept trying to offer me a free piece of cake. I turned it down. I told her I was not looking for a free meal, but that I come to the casino often and I would like to see this restaurant get better. All I wanted her to do was acknowledge her mistakes because you can’t change if you can’t get honest so obviously they’re not gonna change a damn thing. This is the third time that I went to this restaurant and everything I ordered really really sucked. There are plenty of restaurants in Lawton like outback steakhouse, lots of great Korean food, etc…and it’s worth the 5-8 minute drive so that I don’t have to...
