When me and my friends went to pick up our online orders, we drove up to the ordering screen and as directed I said we are going to pick up our online orders. The manager at the drive through told us we had to come in to grab mobile orders, on the app I got to choose how I pick up. I chose the drive thru pickup. We pull forward to the 1st window and discussed amongst our selves that we would talk to her again at the 2nd window where they are giving orders. An employee came to the window and asked of he could help, so we told him we are here to pick up our drive thru orders. Immediately he gets hostile and says we have to come in house to collect them. We simply ask why and he starts saying that the manager said we have to come in house. He had a very hostile attitude and we ask for said manager. She comes and explains the lobby was closed so they were able to serve mobile orders at the drive thru and since that lobby is open we have to come in to grab them. Then she changes her mind and tells us we can pick them up at the window. We pull forward and she hands us our receipts. Then she makes us pull forward. We waited 10 minutes, we are trying to be careful with covid so we wait to open the bags, you know just in case. When we get home one of us pulls the food out and someone else plates. We were missing an entire order, the fries were cold and old, the nuggets were way way over cooked and we didn't want to go back to that hostility. This is the second time this has happened. Read moreToday at 12:30pm I went to BK on Lee Blvd which is normally fine. The wait at the drive through was for 4 cars was about 10+ minutes per car. When I finally got to the order speaker the girl asked me my order then I told her, then she said just a minute. When she came back on she asked me again. She still could not hear me. I asked for dr pepper she said, we don't have any. Then when i said no mayonnaise but mustard she could not hear me again. This girl could not understand anything if it was a substitute to the order. I'm very disappointed. Please pay these people more per hour so you can get good staff. He came out the back door while I was in The drive-through went behind the garbage can For the next 10 minutes and then went back into the restaurant during lunchtime. I sat at the drive-through between 1215 and 1255 and saw it. You cant have employees on break during lunch rush and then tell me yall are busy!
