The lady admits that she messed up making the wrap while making it. I say that is OK just dump it into a new wrap. The other associate overrides me and says just wrap it with the paper. Not impressed

I came in and odered a large philly Cheese Steak and I paid using a star card which was supposed to give me a 10% discount. They did not ask me what type of payment I was using and the discount used to be automatic. Upon relizing I did not recieve my 10% discount, i politely brought it up to them, and they dismissed me, saying I should have brought it up to them before I paid. They did not issue issue me a refund and acted like there was nothing they could do. Me being in the miltary im not going to cause a scene to right what is wrong but I will leave a bad...
