My experience at McDonald's on 67th and Gore in Lawton, Oklahoma was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. I visited this particular location with high hopes due to its convenient location, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The issues I encountered were a result of the poor management and lack of attention from Hermosa East LLC, the owners of this establishment.
First and foremost, the restaurant is consistently understaffed. It's evident that the owners have failed to adequately address this issue, as the employees seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demands of the customers. The long lines and extended waiting times were frustrating and took away from the overall experience.
On the occasion I visited, I ordered two double cheeseburgers. To my disbelief, when I arrived home and opened the wrappers, both burgers were missing the patties! To add insult to injury, the fries were way over fried, they were dark brown. It's inconceivable that such a basic mistake could be made, and it highlights the lack of attention to detail and quality control within this McDonald's. This kind of error is simply unacceptable and shows a severe lack of professionalism on the part of the staff.
Furthermore, it's worth noting that the inside of the restaurant is consistently locked, supposedly to minimize in-person face-to-face engagements. While I understand the need for safety measures, it's clear that this decision has had a negative impact on customer experience. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, customers are left waiting outside or forced to use the drive-thru, which can be inconvenient, especially for those with mobility issues.
Considering the potential this location has due to its prime spot, it's truly disheartening to see it squandered by the very poor management of Hermosa East LLC. The lack of attention and oversight is evident in every aspect of this McDonald's, from the inadequate staffing to the major mistakes in food preparation.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting this McDonald's in Lawton, Oklahoma. It's clear that the owners have neglected their responsibilities, leading to a subpar experience for customers. With so many other dining options available, it's best to avoid this particular establishment if you're looking for quality service and a positive dining experience.

Alejandro the manager came out and asked us if we were eating for food that wasn’t our order so we said no and he walked away without even asking us what our order was. The original employee brought us our food but not our drinks , after i had gotten my toddler out of the car bc she was upset. the employee looked at me with my hands full and asked if i’d like to come in and get my drinks. i said no thanks you can just bring them since i was holding my kid. she never brought the drinks out so i had to call and speak to someone on the phone for our drinks. they took a while so i went and knocked on the door and another employee named caite had my drinks she was very apologetic so i took my drinks just to find out they were the wrong drinks. tbh i gave up on even trying the fight wasn’t worth two drinks but it was definitely an experience and i will never be coming back!! i would leave 0 stars if i could. there was also a hair in my sandwich so i didn’t even get to eat...

How can a coupon that says good thru 6/1/25. They would not get the manager to help. Lady just said, "Can't use it." The worker was no help.
9/3/25 - Manger told us to we could never come back to the store and said they can have an attitude with customers and can jump on us if we complain. Then said I used bad language at them when I did not.
Another store not locally owned was very nice and explained things to me and helped. Even offered a soultion to help and let me purchase what I needed right in the store. Then explained nicely how they could have filled our order. Their Manger said the other Manger should have not done that to us.
