I love taco bell but this one should be called taco hell. My family ordered some tacos in the drive thru when we noticed one female employee vaping out front which she did the entire time we had to sit in the drive thru waiting for 15 tacos. The night manager (I can only assume) took our order and after every item we said he would try to talk us out of it saying we'd have to wait way too long but I wanted taco bell so I said not a problem. When pulling around to the window I noticed the night manager was entirely too busy flirting with what looked to be a couple of 16 year Old girls which we found very off putting. After 5 mins of this he had them park out front so he could make their food. So the next car pulled to the window and it was about 10 minutes before any employee even noticed them. Then it was another 10 minutes before they received their order. So we pull up and had to wait about 15 minutes before they even opened the window or acknowledged us. Finally the night manager opened the window shouted how much we owed snatched the debit card from my husband ran it and basically threw it back into the car which I found very unprofessional for a man in his 40s. We waited about another 15 minutes before he came back and rudely gave us our tacos. When we got the tacos they were cold, soggy and falling apart. Before we could drive off the night manager threw his plastic gloves to the ground in a violent manner and proceeded to cuss. I am not sure if making 15 tacos was too hard for him but I think if you apply for a job and then take that job you should do your job in a professional way even if it is making tacos. I think the night manager was just upset he had ti actually do his job and couldn't flirt with the under age girls anymore but the saddest part is with his 80's hair cut and cringy ear piercing they are only being nice to him for the free tacos.
TLDR: night manager flirts with under age girls, makes customers wait an hour in the drive thru, throws a fit because he has to do his job and probably spits...
Read moreThe food at this taco bell is almost as big of a joke as the staff working there. I ordered 4 chicken and rice burritos. Pretty simple right? I'd never ask for sauce on that as that would make this way to hard for the staff. I buy my own from wallmart. After returning with an incorrect order...as usual. I was informed by the militant crip threatening me and the manager in the back that taco bell dosnt just "hand out free food" and " i shoulda ordered a cheesey bean and rice, minus cheese, minus sauce, minus bean, add chicken, add rice, add extra chicken". I made the order too hard by making it way too easy?...my fault again? What a shock. Im sorry taco bell. I forgot it takes a computer science major making 30$ an hr to roll chicken into a burrito. I told THEY/THEM I don't work at taco bell. Because I tried just a little in life... You over charged me (the reciet had 4 chalupas on it)...(makes sense). all of the rice and chicken were on taco sized tortillas not burritos. Making them into chicken and rice salads wrapped in paper. What Absolute Mongoloids! The "people" here do not deserve jobs. Taco bell has way too much class for these absolute scum bags. If you eat the dog food here, you must have 0 self respect. You have...
Read moreMy grandson and I visited this place on 5/23/2023. When we arrived, there were only 3 people working. Two cooks and one lady on drive thru and the front counter. We were there maybe a ten minutes and a young girl took our order. All of a sudden five or six more employees showed up. One turn off for me was that one of the cooks came from outside wearing his apron. He said something about his break. If he is going outside for break, then he should not be wearing his apron outside. The food was good so I was ok about the wait time. Perhaps the manager should stagger every one"s break so there is substantial...
