I will agree that staff has been always nice but otherwise Iām not sure how this subway has better than average ratings, bc my experience in store must have been rare. My roommate and I have used Ubereats several times and each time something on our orders were wrong. (Still ate them it was just like missing cheese or no tomato when I asked for no, like I didnāt even click it as an option. How did it get on my sandwich?? ) when we went into the store there were two dudes workin, one had a drink and saw people walk in and then proceeded to the back (I assumed he was on lunch) . It was slow when we arrived but as we stood there (for literally 6 minutes) the one guy behind the counter tried making the remaining sandwiches for the customer currently paying. Iām patient so Iām like eh okay Iāll get my food eventually. So, itās my turn and I tell him the bread and meat. After a solid two minutes of putting on new gloves he asked me again and 1) didnāt have the bread (which has happened every time btw, even on Uber my bread has been wrong) and 2) ppl were lining up behind us. So I still am being patient and nice w the assumption this guy is just anxious or something along the lines with getting more customers (cause yāall thatās me I mess up under pressure) so he YELLS for the other guy right at our faces and stops making my sandwich to start on the others. (So the other guy can do the second half and register) so my food is in the oven and Iām like sweet half way there then I can go!! Youāre wrong. This manager (he had a key on his neck) bent down to get a box of gloves and proceeds to show us his wonderfully red plaid boxers and top of buttcrack. My sandwich dings and he opens the oven door (heās still trying to get the gloves on) and when this guy turns around his eyes are as red as the tomatoes they accidentally put on my sandwich so Iām like AH yes okay. Cool. Iām gonna go easy and say this: idc if you smoke, but pls donāt do it at your employment???? He takes so much longer to finish my sandwich but we leave after I paid.

The concept of a Cheese Steak sandwich from a fast-food chain like Subway did give me pause initially.
Upon ordering the Cheese Steak sandwich, my skepticism grew. The service I received was lackluster, to say the least. When inquiring about the types of peppers available for my sandwich, the staff member seemed disinterested and only reluctantly mentioned green peppers after my persistent questioning of the ātype of peppers.āThis lack of attentiveness and customer service was disappointing.
The sandwich itself failed to impress. The flavors were lackluster, and the overall quality left much to be desired. In retrospect, opting for a pizza from Marcoās next door would likely have been a more satisfying choice. Additionally, the 12-inch cookie that I had hoped to enjoy was unavailable due to issues with stocking it in-store.
Furthermore, I decided to sample the 12-inch pretzel offered at Subway, only to find it equally unappetizing. To make matters worse, they donāt offer cheese for the pretzel only mustard as an accompaniment.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered five sandwiches for my family and did so through the subway app. I placed the order at 1:20 to be picked up by 2pm. I arrive at 2:02 and none of my sandwiches were ready. They werenāt even started. An employee came out from the back and asked how she could help me. When I explained that I had placed an online order to go over 30 minutes prior, she apologized saying she just arrived for her shift and her coworker was nowhere to be found. She then immediately started on my order and brought it out to my car once it was ready. Tonia did a wonderful job making sure my order got made as fast as one person could do.
The other employee, Anthony, that was on shift when I placed the order needs management to either fire him or insist he start showing up to work sober. Iām not sure what he was under the influence of but he was definitely on something. That can be the only explanation for him to not do any work (as evidenced by my order not being ready despite having more than 30 minutes to make it), be in the restroom for over 30 minutes only to emerge from there and attempt to take out the garbage (he knocked over the trash can because he was too busy trying to grab his cigarette from his pocket.) He then proceeds to slowly pic up his mess. Watching him made it perfectly clear that he was not there sober.
I usually go to this location because itās normally run pretty well. But until Anthony is no longer there-I wonāt be giving this location any more of my money. I truly hope the tip I left when I first placed my order...
