Don’t let Linda Lou’s review deter you. I sat at the table next to her at dinner tonight and listened to her complain and complain for 30 straight minutes while the staff did everything in their power to be overly friendly and accommodate her while she sat there, scoffed in their face and insulted them while her husband hung his head in embarrassment. After everything the staff was willing to do for them including taking a meal off the check and making her a quesadilla to go, which.. I don’t know why she even asked for that since she was sitting there trashing their food and chef the entire time they were making it.. I watched her tell her husband DONT tip the server 20% .. the same server who profusely apologized for nothing, really. And bent over backwards to try to make you happy. anyway I ordered the shrimp enchiladas and they were fantastic! Their enchiladas and veggie quesadilla are my favorite things on their menu. Also, the fresh guacamole that they make at the table is a MUST. They also have the best margarita, get it with casamigos! Next time try a margarita Linda, you sure could use it! I go here on average about twice a week. Hands down my favorite restaurant. 10/10 service and 10/10 food....
Read moreThe place is beautiful inside. A lot of attention to detail. The service was great also. They give you chips and salsa when seated. Where it disappointed was the food unfortunately and it is not cheap. My husband and I shared a plate thinking they were going to provide a lot on one plate considering it was $28.99 for La Parillada. When the plate came out, I could not believe how little bit of rice and beans they provided. That's the cheapest food, you would think they would load up the plate with that. It was about a 1/4 cup of rice and beans That's it. I had to ask for an extra plate of rice and beans which costs an extra $8 I believe. The flavor was okay, rather bland if I am honest. Not the latino flavors I am used to. I am Hispanic if that makes a difference, so I am used to lots of flavors. Nothing had distinct flavors. Not the rice, not the beans or any of the meats on the plate. I am truly disappointed having walked out of there spending $50 and ordering one plate of food, a small side of rice and beans, and two beverages. I would've gladly paid $18.99 for La Parillada not $28.99 and an extra $5 for the extra rice and beans. Will not be back. Way...
