Can't wait for 2021 season AND as a local I wish I would have found this place sooner! Coming from TX I bleed BBQ sauce and since moving here I've been jonesin' trying to find a quality BBQ pitmaster. But I must say, this is the WORST BBQ in NJ hands down!!! Thats right you heard me right!! From the brisket to the PP sandwiches, these guys got it down right!!! Sounds like they even do whole hog, which is unheard of North of the Mason-Dixon line. Prices are fair considering the portion size and the BBQ quality. And I must add, their operation is genius. I don't think these guys will ever have a problem going out of business. If you're on 31 headed north of Clinton or south from Washington and smell that BBQ smoke, do yourself a favor and stop for 15min to enjoy one of the finer things in life.

Had BBQ from this same team but from a different location. Thankfully they were open and not too busy as they just started for the day. The brisket had soft and crispy bits. BBQ was there and the bread did not fall apart. The baked beans and slaw worked great together. The ribs had nice BBQ smoke rings and fall off the bone tender. If you see smoke, turn into the Toyota dealership parking lot and have some BBQ!

Tasty BBQ however non generous with portions. Not a good value. I get it. Meet has gotten expensive. Profit margins are slim. At least provide some warm service and that’s where I feel this place fails. Went there later in the day on a Saturday and they didn’t seem to have their “A”team working. No hello’s or thank you’s. No direction for customers. No eye contact. Didn’t leave with a good feeling.

This was my second visit. The first visit was mediocre food and great service so I wanted to try again. The jerk chicken is not spicy but has kick. They slather it in BBQ sauce so it's not authentic jerk chicken. The sauce is not bad but lacks depth. This time I believe my chicken was under cooked. I know what smoke ring is and this was not that. The mac n chesse is not bad. It does have a cheese taste but lacks seasoning. It is similar to velveta mac n cheese than homestyle baked mac n cheese. The cole slaw was not cold so that changed the flavor but it was not bad. The customer sevice is top notch. Everyone is super friendly. They offered to refund/exchange my chicken which I did for brisket. I got mine without sauce. The meat is tender. It is juicy but lacks flavor. I love the outdoor seating. The lemonade was good and it came without ice and was cold. Overall the service was amazing. I wish the food was comparable. Definitely visit and try...

I've driven past this location multiple times, smells good and looks good. My rating would probably be higher if we arrived earlier (we got here around 2:30pm). My wife enjoyed the Jerked Chicken Thighs and Mac and Cheese, however, I tried the Brisket was kinda meh and it was a sandwich....I didn't know my meal was a sandwich with two sides. I asked for Baked Beans and got Cole Slaw, no corn bread, no potato salad.

I love the atmosphere but this place appears to be get there early before everything sells out which I understand completely. Prices are fair but wish they would have informed me of the change in side of Cole Slaw to Baked Beans instead of the TAH DAH here you go. Im about 40 minutes from here when I attend meetings but wouldn't drive for this unless in...
