RUN!!!!!!! THE WORST OF THE WORST, AND EVEN WORSE THAN THAT!!! My daughter relocated to Lebanon a month ago and my wife and I have been coming up every week trying to help her get situated. She told us about Italian village and each week whenever we would drive by it she'd swear it was the best! BOY WAS SHE DEAD WRONG! I walk in, the "waitress" wasn't wearing a mask! Me and my wife both being high risk I was already uneasy but we ordered anyway. We ordered 2 pizza pies for my 9, 12 & 19 year old daughter and her finance. Dominoes pizza makes a better pie! But what really angered me was the dinners we ordered. The chicken franchise came with NO SAUCE! Like HUH???
I lifted up the spaghetti thinking it was hiding and NOTHING!! I ask the "waitress" and she says "well how do you like it?" I said "WITH SAUCE!" Smh!! She made it seem like I was asking for extra sauce. My wife forcibly eats one cutlet and have the rest to my eldest daughter. It was equivalent to having a microwave chicken meal from Hungry man! Then my lasagne was clearly a piece of lasagne that was sitting their for God knows how long and they popped that bad boy in the microwave and added some mozzarella and CAN SAUCE!! FREAKIN CAN SAUCE!! No flavor, hands down the worst sauce I had since I'm old enough to know what sauce even taste like!!
I was FUMING but didn't even bother asking for a discount and wasn't offered one either!!! I paid 70 bucks and would NEVER EVER, EVEN AT GUN POINT EAT THIS TRASH!! I know it sounds brutal but it's TRUE! Anyone who says this food is good is either close friends, Relatives, or have no taste buds or DRUNK OR HIGH!!
The place is really run down and could use some remodeling as well. Really dirty!! They Got me for 70 bucks but So far, almost all the food establishments in Lebanon sucks squirrel butt unless someone can...
Read moreThe last 3 times I've ordered from here, everything is horrible. 3rd time ago it took 2 1/2 hrs to get my food delivered, was undercooked and cold. Called to complain, blew me off, oops sorry. I paid $40 for that order, 2nd last time driver delivered my food to the wrong apartment, after I specifically stated where door is! Come to the rear 3 times when ordering. They didn't care I prepaid DO NOT EVER DO THAT, DROPPED FOOD AND LEFT IT THERE, THE ONLY REASON I KNEW IS BECAUSE I WAS RUNNING TO CAR TO GET WALLET. This last is they didn't have change for a $50, never said they don't carry that change, but got rude when I called in, and yelled at me, insulted me, and proceeded to hang up. Prices do not match menus, employees rude and disrespectful, horrible hygiene. Food undercooked and overpriced. Place took a drastic turn for the worse since son took over. They add on 20% charges for tips when using debit card without informing you, every time i have been there they charge 20% on your debit card even for take out beer for a tip. Call to question they say it will be back on that night. Takes over 3 days. Went there tonight had a $10 got change back for a $5, owner was rude in front of other customers. Let's see how honest he is. Yes he did give me the extra $5 but was very very disrespectful in front of all the customers. Was your drawer even tonight? I even found the lady in front of me who gave him the $5 he never put in the drawer and he was still very rude and disrespectful. And never admitted it, i used to go there a couple times a week, NEVER AGAIN. If i could give a 0 i would. So maybe during peak time tonight I'll show up it front and warn customers of their practices and refer them to a good...
Read moreI visited the restaurant for a quick take out last night. I liked the family owned restuarant of a small town atmosphere. The service and the food was fine. However, I had quite a disturbing experience while I was waiting for my take out. I was waiting in the take out area where it was setup like a cafeteria. There were fridges containing sodas, beer, and malt beverages. There were few people drink drinking at the take out area, which is totally fine. The problem begins here. Amongst the drinkers, there was a dirty attired old man that seemed to be either intoxicated or with some significant brain damage due to heavy drinking. While I was waiting in line to place my order (I'm a Korean), the old man came behind me and whispered "ching Chong Shway Shway." He is obviously a drunken imbecile, so I just shook my head let it go. After I placed my order, I stood up near the rubbish bin and waited for my food to come out, then I felt someone touching my butt from behind. It was the old man who came around with a smile and said "how you doin'" I am a civilized person and didnt want to make any scene, so I took my food and left. The disturbing fact is that, this restaurant is an establishment that serves alcohol. They shouldn't be serving anyone that appeared to be quite intoxicated. They also should not be serving an intoxicated customer that would possibly disturb other customers. That old man, I suspect, is a regular there judging by how comfortable he was at the restaurant. It is absolutely inappropriate that the restaurant allowed a drunk imbecile to enter the restaurant, let him drink alcohol, and harass...
