Mark's Pizza — Restaurant in Lebanon

I feel like even one star is excessive. I was debating even leaving a review in the first place, thinking maybe they were having a bad night but then I saw multiple other people having the same experience. I can't say anything about the food because I didn't even get far enough to try it, the customer service was absolutely trash. My boyfriend and I called in last night to see if they'd deliver to my house, because very few places do and I wanted to ask first. They're maybe 6 or 7 miles from my house so I didn't think it'd be a problem but asked anyways. I told him where I was and that if they couldn't deliver we'd do a pickup. The guy on the phone said "I don't even know where that is. What are you by?" I described the development I'm in, called spring hill acres off of 72. He said okay but what are you by? I guess he was too lazy to Google it. I said we're close to the rennasaince Fair, and even mentioned we could come in for pickup if it's too far. Then I hear from the background another guy saying, "this is taking too long" before he takes the phone and asks where I'm located. I described the same thing I said to the other guy, even mentioning the Quentin Haus down the road. He asked if we were by Heisey's diner, but I didn't know where that was. Again, I offered to do a pickup and he said "yeah I think I know where you mean. We don't deliver that far but you could probably try CC's pizza or another place I think just opened up." He proceeded to hang up on me. So we got CCs pizza which was delicious and cheaper than Marco's would've...

Their customer service is horrible. I wanted caramelized onions on my pizza. I got them there before. When I called in my order they guy on the phone didn’t know what they were. He said he had to check and put me on hold. 5 minutes later he got back on and tried to confirm my order without the onions. When I reminded him he said he would check he said the guy was busy and put me on hold again. He did not come back. I waited 15 minutes and drove over there. When I asked to speak to the boss the same guy said he was the boss. I started talking to him about the caramelized onions. He said what are they. I explained you fry them first. Then he says, why didn’t you say that? I started to explain we had gotten them there before and he said “I don’t have time for this get out!”

Apparently he thinks his business csn survive treating his customers rudely then throwing them out. Their pizza might be good but its not good enough for me to order...

Marcos and his whole crew Are top notch subs pizza and food in Lebanon City. They offer over a hundred fifty menu items. I've been going there for 2 years the food is always consistent it is always hot it is always very large portions and servings. are you sure after visiting probably all the sub and pizza shops in Lebanon City hands down Marcos is number one. The sandwiches are huge the piece is outstanding not to mention the large plethora of other menu items available I highly recommend the Marcos cheese steak special or any of the subs at all. You're looking for more as in a full dinner Marcos also has that covered I've never gotten anything from Marcos that wasn't at least on 8 plus on a scale 1 to 10 they're consistent and they're also very friendly and you can't get a better sandwich in this town.
