SNAX RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Lebanon

Man where to begin. I have ordered through their online site at least 3-4 times. It’s never been an issue so recently I ordered again online. I ordered within 20 mins after they opened thinking it shouldn’t take long I didn’t even order meat. I come in 20 mins after the time that was given for it to be ready thinking it’s definitely done. The waitress at the bar had ZERO professionalism. She took her time after a casual conversation with bar customers. Hardly addressed me by only asking to go order? I said yes and she muttered on her way to the kitchen “ugh all these to go orders”. She then came back from the kitchen to walk past me and address a random table. It wasn’t until I turned to face her for her to say oh it’s not done yet. I waited 15 mins after that. It had been 1 hr ago that I ordered. She proceeded to tell me well what you should have done was call it in bc the online gets delayed. This statement could have been true but no apology was even given, no drinks offered while I waited, she basically blamed me for how I ordered being the issue. In the time I had been waiting in person a grilled cheese and fries could have easily just started to cook as that hardly takes 15 mins for both but she claimed they had been working on it with the sass in her voice. The fries were so hard it was just a joke at that point. The manager seemed nice but I was far too upset at that point to hear it. But I did see the time stamp on their receipt and it was exactly what I had in my email so clearly it was an exaggeration on the delay of online orders. There was also maybe 5 tables of people when I walked in. I wouldn’t waste your time here. They clearly don’t care. If this is their standard with customers in your face imagine how the kitchen quality must be. I would severely lower your expectations here and make sure you have the day to waste...

This was a truly forgettable—make that regrettable—dining experience. After a long day of driving we didn't even have high expectations, and only wanted something better than fast food to stick to our ribs; in hindsight we'd have been much better off going to McDonald's or even Burger King.

For starters, the wings were dreadful, obviously having been previously frozen, and the skin was thick and rubbery, as though they were baked at a low temp, instead of frying. I took one bite and didn't even want to swallow but did so because I didn't want to spit it out. We told the waiter we didn't want them, but he just left them on the table, so we had to look at them, even after draping a napkin over top.

Fortunately the nachos arrived soon after, and they were pretty decent, but then our entrees arrived and I still can't get that disgusting taste out of my head from the deep fried grilled cheese. That tasted like it had been soaked in old, dirty cooking oil and had been cooked so long and hit that all the cheese had melted and leaked out. We told the waiter to take those away but again he just left them there, probably because he had no intention of removing them from our bill (along with the disgusting wings).

I probably should have asked for a manager to complain but I was feeling sick to my stomach and just couldn't wait to get out of there. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the nachos...

Ok...this one's a difficult one... my wife had the fish sandwich.. she said it was good... I had the cheese burger... it was very good... in fact I ordered 2 more for the road.. it was simple and delicious... fresh cut onions... nice pickles...and some ketchup..(i had it without the mustard..i wanted to taste the burger) simply delicious... bothe the burger and bun fire licked... the meat fresh and not compacted and cookedto order... the onion rings.. kind of blah.. not bad but not great... the beer cheese soup... I don't know what i was expecting... it tasted good as a dip for the pretzels (which were awesome btw) but as a soup I did not care for it.. the pretzels came with a cheese and mustard dip i just knew was going to blow my mind... also a letdown... its seved cold and not as thick as I thought it should have been... hat it been hot..or even warm I probably would have enjoyed it more....the Korean ribs were ok.. I will possibly order them again when we go back..Ok.. enough negativity... this restaurant is a place to go for basically comfort bar foods... and it delivered... I went in expecting a typical restaurant..and this it is not... they have karaoke here... there's board games up front when you walk in... you come here to enjoy time with your friends and have some food and drinks while doing it.. we will come back before we leave... thank you guys for an...
