I visited the Lebanon, MO location for beans. The barista was rude as heck, she thought it was a good idea to strike up an argument with me. I've been roasting my own beans since before she was born, I only stopped to buy some as I wasn't roasting this week.
The beans were supposed to be single source Etheopian blonde roast, should have been a really good bean. No, they were roasted so dark the oil was breaking the surface; nothing blonde about these beans.
Starbucks used to be so very good, all of their coffees could be counted on to be excellent. Now they have the business and they don't care about the product. Why roast all beans so dark? To mask the poor flavor of inferior quality beans I guessing.

Read moreI swear this is the worst starbucks in existence. The coffee always tastes burnt. They NEVER get oue order right. The young girls they have working are rude. Every time I ask for sweet cream, I have to explain that sweet cream and cold foam are not the same thing. If I wanted foam, I would have asked for it ☠️ I have never paid the same amount for my drink they always charge me different price. It's just an ice coffee with sweet cream. Nothing fancy. How did I go from spending $4 to almost $7-8? Lebanon starbucks needs more training. Switching to a local coffee shop. I'm such a laid-back person, but it's beyond frustrating to have the same issues over...
Read moreThe coffee tasted burned and was lukewarm. There was only one batista, not an uncommon thing for this location for my occasional visits. I asked for a venti coffee. A real simple order, and was given a grande. Its in a grocery store if that gives you an idea of the atmosphere, could be better if i didnt know the condition of the stock room the starbucks is in as the bathrooms in the grocery store reek.
I hate to be that person and write a bad review but honestly they should just shut down this location and open an actual Starbucks as the competition in town is...
