Subway — Restaurant in Lebanon

I eat subway often and like the place but this has to be the worst one I've been to so far when I walked in the girl and guy working were hanging out not doing there job I walked up to the counter thinking maybe someone else was goin to be taking my order but no one showed I stood there for nearly 5 minutes before the male employee asked me how I was doin as he just sat on the edge of a table in the dinning area I replyed politely I'm good and yourself and asked if anyone else was back there to take my order as he made my sandwiches I guess mad because he had to get up from his assigned post of holding down the only table ever that might float away he put the same amount of food that I've seen subway employees put on a 6 inch sub and he spread it out trying to cover the bread when I asked him if that was all he was goin yo put on it he said to me that if I get it deluxe he would do it right this was honestly the worst service I've seen so far today is 8/14/2018 and the young man and young woman that were there at lunch time aren't...

Should've known to leave when the ham they picked up to put on my sandwich looked darker than the other side of bin. But NOOOOO I felt like maybe I was being a tad judgemental....so I didn't say anything.

Bread tasted as if it was old...crust kept flaking off, tomatoes looked like they were soggy, lettuce wasn't crisp, basically the only thing that looked/tasted fresh were the onions. Asked for a larger glass since I was drinking water; they charged me for a large drink.

I know now that if an employee is OK with putting ingredients on my sandwich RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME that don't look fresh......to...

The manager or whoever he is, was very rude to his employee, he was rude to this teenage boy that came in picking up a doordash order, yelling at him for no reason. I get up to the register And he asks me if i want chips and drink, i told him JUST chips and he starts being rude saying that it’s cheaper and im telling him no thank you but he keeps going then threw my receipt at me. I left to calm down and came back and told him about himself and he starts arguing with me. Horrible experience! Big bird better watch his tone next time and learn how to be nice to...
