Very disappointed. We moved to the area about 2 years ago. Found barber's and started ordering take out. We don't go out often but we do order take out a lot. Most of the time the food was good. Made the mistake once of ordering the chicken parm and was incredibly disappointed when it came .. there was so much water in the pasta that it made the entire chicken soggy. So.... We decided to go eat out so i could have the chicken parm... And learned the hard way not to go to this place on a week night around 8pm. First the restaurant was fairly empty however they still sat us in a room where people were playing bingo... Quite loudly... I asked to move and was told even though half the dining room was empty... Where the booths are we could not sit there.... So We opted for a huge table. Better to have the quiet. It's obvious people don't want to be working at this time of night and every one is counting the night as over even though they are open till 10 or 11. The waitress hardly ever came by because we were in no man's land... I even had to catch her down by the bathroom to tell her we were ready to order.. My first disappointed was the flat Pepsi products... But I'm a diet coke lover so that's just a personal thing. Next i ordered the onion soup.... Wow not good.... The cheese on top was barely melted and soooo gooey it was impossible to break. Then i ordered the incredible chicken parm that i had been looking forward to.... After about 10-12 mins the waitress returned to tell me they were out of chicken... But offered me chicken tenders... Not even close to the same thing... Couldn't Believe they were out of my coveted parm.... Selected another meal and ordered a basket of garlic bread because i was starving... What a joke that was as it was so undercooked... Barely toasted with the butter dripping right out of it.... Finally i saw a man that looked like the manager so i called him over... He was the manager... I was very flustered and said i at the very least needed the bread taken off the bill... Her said ok and took off... Didn't bother to ask why i was so upset... I just was not happy with this visit at all... Like i said wet don't "go out"very often... But I know i won't...
Read more2 STARS FOR A RESON PLEASE READ ON..I'm sharing my experience because it was a very mixed experience. I will start by saying staff and food is amazing.I don't know what's better staff and waitresses or the food both 5 stars. Best prime rib you can get, anywhere.
But this is where it starts to fall apart. MANAGEMENT ABSOLUTELY SUCKS AND I WILL NOT BE BACK for our monthly prime rib dinner which costs us 160 a month for 4 people. We get seated and right away management asks us for papers for our service dog which we have but we are not required to give and they are not allowed to ask. Then managent speaking very condecending says to us we do not run a Zoo here so that's why I came over. We brushed it off did not give any papers because law says we dont and on with dinner. We see on the menu 10% off when paid with cash. We tried paying with cash they said the 10 percent does not apply to prime rib. So we can give you a one dollar discount. This is on a 160 dollar meal. Then the waitress asks us what sides we want and I chose onion rings and someone else ordered loaded baked potatoe. These where regular side dishes and we had to pay 8 dollars extra for them without them saying anything to us about any uncharge. We happily paid not asking for any money back knowing we would never be back. Also When we came in we used hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer was soap we all had to go to bathroom and wash our hands. They apologized. Surely on our way out it must have been taken out or replaced correct? Nope. On our way out only I tried it because I wanted to make sure it was replaced. What do you know. Still filled with soap. With greedy management trying to entice 10% off when paid with cash and no stipulations under it trying to save money in taxes by committing tax fraud most likely although I can't prove it but why else would a place advertise 10% off when paid in cash. To not submit to gov't and save the extra 25 percent they would have given to the government. All around the food amazing but not worth the pain aggravation and lack of care for the customer from management. I WILL Stick to prime rib night at herbies for 13 dollars...

Last night's visit, marked by a celebration for a friend's birthday, was no exception. Each person in our party was thoroughly impressed with their meals, indulging in every bite with great pleasure.
Our server, Autumn, was the epitome of kindness, blending impeccable service with a warmth and personability that elevated our dining experience to new heights. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our enjoyment were truly remarkable.
The highlight of my meal was the colossal 2lb prime rib, a masterpiece of culinary art presented in a perfect medium-rare finish. The meat's tenderness was beyond my expectations, melting in my mouth with an almost unbelievable sweetness. Cutting into it, each bite-sized piece was a revelation, bursting with flavors that danced delightfully on my palate.
Complementing this meaty marvel, I savored one of their delectable veggie skewers. The vegetables were expertly charred, achieving a tender perfection that harmonized beautifully with the prime rib. It's culinary craftsmanship like this that ensures every visit to Barber's leaves us with contented smiles and fully satisfied appetites.
