Dunkin' — Restaurant in Leicester

I live about 4 minutes away from this particular Dunks on foot. I go there multiple times a day and know most of the staff on a first name basis, including the manager--who introduces me to new employees if she happens to be there training them when I walk in.

You honestly could not ask for better customer service, especially when your a regular, my coffee is made before I reach the counter when they're busy, if I have any issue with how it taste they will remake it without question (and my coffee is a pain, honestly), at times they have done it multiple times until locating the problem with a dispenser or such.

The entire staff is polite, friendly, and easy going. I'm not the type to really get to know the employees anywhere, and yet I find myself sitting there talking with the staff constantly.

It is by far the best Dunks I have ever walked into, even when I first moved into the area and they didn't know me for a hole in the wall.

5 years Running on...

I would have given more stars but the last several months their service hasn’t been that great and when you call to speak to a manager and are given attitude by the assistant manager even though technically you are paying their salary as a customer. Didn’t even seem to care about my disappointment in their service and snapped at me that they were having a bad day and I was making it worse. You’re an assistant manager, part of your job is dealing with customer complaints. And they now get paid $15/hour to screw up orders almost every other time I go or try to give you horrible tasting coffee twice in one day. They’ve lost a valued customer for how they spoke to me because they were busy and short handed, but that some how became my fault and I apparently shouldn’t still expect to receive...

My boyfriend thought we didn't get our dunkin giftcard back when going through the drive thru and we called and spoke with Andrea (spelling?) and she was amazingly helpful and nice! She placed me on a quick hold and looked in the trash and then took my name and number down and offered to look at the cameras to confirm. She was so friendly and I couldn't believe she offered to look at the cameras from the morning to find a $16 gift card, great customer service! I called her back 30 seconds later after my BF admitted the gift card magically appeared in his pocket, smh! Great service and quick drive thru and the coffees that morning were perfect!
