Horrible experience with online ordering. I was told by Manager that they are not allowed to honor online pricing. I get that but online ordering not working? Manager helped me place the order since the first order did not go through so I could get offers: included free fries forfries for freefryday, 20 percent off 1st online order and buy milkshake get one free for Valentine's Day. We were going to go out for pizza and beer but since we were saving so much$$ we went to Jacks instead. Huge mistake. Took a lot of time and got ZERO discounts. I will note that staff was very friendly while telling me they couldn't help. C'mon I asked them to just throw in the fries so I could get out of there. It is Valentine's after all I wanted to get home. Nope. That group follows all the rules with kind words and smiles I'll give them that. So no free fries got them this review. I wasn't given an itemized receipt with the pricing I was told all I could get was this receipt as shown. Had to call bank for total. Now I know why they didn't hand me the receipt with the total on it because that would have been all bad. Go for pizza next time. I don't know maybe it's just me but I feel in a lot of cases when I try to go after coupons and discounts there's always one reason or another that it's not honored and so it just ends up wasting my time and my energy and aggravation. I think the next time this comes up I'm just going to save my dad or for myself and my time and just pay a couple extra dollars more it's not worth it it's really not. Read more2023 UPDATE at the bottom under original review and changed my rating My daughter and I just got home from getting food here and she got the bacon cheddar potatoes wedges and there was literally only a little bit of cheese/bacon on one wedge and the rest were completely plain. I don’t like leaving complaints because I work in the food industry and can understand accidentally mistakes, but this is now the second time I’ve had issues with my order at this location. The first time was only a couple months ago and I was missing an item I paid for, but I let it go, this time I couldn’t because now I feel like I’m just wasting money at this point because twice now I’ve paid for stuff (or extra stuff to be added) and didn’t get it. I’m not trying to be petty over not having enough cheese and bacon, but it’s literally just a tiny bit on a wedge and the rest of the box has nothing. Don’t think I’ll be going back there again.
UPDATE 2023: It’s been a few years since this review and I went back at the request of someone else and I have to say I’m impressed with how much things have changed and going to change my rating. I’ve been back multiple times this past year and things have definitely improved and the young man who has worked the night shift a couple times I went needs a raise because for what little I could see he was working his butt off and double checking everyone’s order to make sure things were right and had sauces organized and ready for the people who asked for extra. Read moreWorst location EVER!!! The employees on the second shift are beyond rude and the food they serve is sloppy. That's if you can get them to acknowledge your presence at the drive thru speaker. More often than not I am parked for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to greet me and it never happens until I say something first. Then it's complete attitude as if I'm disrupting them.
And it's as if they know how poor their customer service is so they refrain from giving you your receipt with the survey code. I hate that this is the closest location to me because I dread going here. The only solution I have is to quit being a JITB customer altogether.
It's sad that a couple of bad apples can drive away business so easily because I know I'm not the only one who has had multiple bad experiences. The complaints are never heard though, because no one can complete a survey due to the employees not giving out receipts that have the survey code on it.
One time I specifically asked for my receipt and it took her several minutes to provide it, after glaring at me and mumbling obscenities under her breath, only to be given a reprint which doesn't include a survey code, (not the original that automatically prints and has it on there).
If you can find an alternative location you're better off. This is the worst location by far. I won't go back. Too many bad experiences over one good experience (which was a lunch time day...
