5/30/21 approx. @1:30pm Iwas recently in this store and received the worst treatment in customer service I have ever had. Place a pick up order online and Once I returned home I opened my sandwich it was missing the pepperoni and salami and cheese. my order I was suppose to receive a double meat Turkey Italiano. I returned to the store and explained what was missing from the sandwich. The second sandwich was also missing double meat and cheese as well. The entire time the sad excuse of a sandwich artist was argumentative and very rude. He proceeded to dig into the sandwich and try to say the shredded lettuce was cheese when we were suppose to receive American cheese. He tried to say that the sandwiches weren’t double meat because we didn’t order double meat and showed me the receipt and I pointed out to him where the $3.00 extra charge was for the double meat and then he said that he did put extra meat on them. But that was not the case at all one sandwich was missing 2 other types of meats and cheese and the other sandwich was missing the double meat and cheese. The worker was very and extremely unprofessional and argumentative the entire time and I just wanted my sandwich made correctly. Read moreI recently ordered a sandwich from this location online to go. Approximately 5/30 @1:30 pm. After I picked it up and went home, went to eat it and it was wrong. I asked for extra protien and cheese and I didn't want it toasted. It was extremely wrong. No cheese barley any chicken (I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki) and it was very toasted. So I went back and requested a new sandwich made correctly. The extremely rude worker proceeded to tell me I was wrong and my sandwich was indeed what I ordered. I then tried to explain what was wrong and he then cut me of 4 or 5 times while digging into the sandwich pulling lettuce out telling me it was melted cheese, and he then told me I didn't order extra meat and I pointed the up charge out on the recipient. He then told me there was extra meat on the sandwich. He was extremely rude and spoke to me very disrespectfully and inappropriately. I'm a server and work in costumer service. Read moreAbsolutely the worst Subway I've ever been to. I have been here twice now where the Indian manager or owner or whatever has been extremely rude. He not only has overcharged me both times, but also he refuses to make it how WE want it, but instead he makes it according to subway's version only and when we ask to add something or leave it off he gets irritated and says you will have to pay extra for it.
Today all i asked for was salad bowl with turkey, salami, provolone and vegetables. Simple right? He got irritated how its not shown on the menu and as he goes to make it, I tell him the first protein option and on the second protein, he stopped and said i couldn't and had to pick one. He finally allowed it after i said Ill just pay whatever extra fee he discretioned. ended up paying 15$ for a small uncut salad. If you look carefully at the proteins menu that subway has there clearly is a protein option called "Cold Cut Combo Meats". He charged me for each meat individually....
