To my great pleasure, I visited this delightful establishment Aug 1st, 2024 where I was meeting a local friend for coffee....we actually didn't have coffee as the protein shakes sounded better at the time, but we were both thoroughly satisfied with this choice. My Peanut Butter Cappuccino shake and their Coconut Marshmallow shake were delicious and really hit the spot. The chicken salad and matcha protein bar rounded out our fare for our lunch date that we shared as we sat for a couple of hours taking in the pleasant atmosphere. I can't express enough how great this shop is. It has EVERYTHING. I have chronic back pain and I always pick up their doTERRA Deep Blue topical analgesic which seems to work better then anything else I've tried as I try and stay away from any medication for the pain. I absolutely love their honey to, I use it every single morning in my anti-inflammatory tea which actually helps! I have tried so many things and I am so surprised at how much the owner knows, she always gives me little things to try at home that would help - which I love!
