Wings and Rings — Restaurant in Lemon Township

We walked in and it was fairly busy but we were greeted by some very nice people and told to seat wherever we like.

We had a waiter and waitress working our table as Pat was training Kyle (I believe was his name). Pat was super friendly and Kyle, was learning things but when he checked up on us he seemed to be doing well! He was friendly and also helpful along with Pat.

Our refills were taken care of in a timley manner. Pat/Kyle came round to check on us often to make sure everything was alright.

Our food arrived in an average amount of time but, it was hot (and also spicy)! The chicken was great and heavily sauced! The fries with queso was alright. The queso was good but sadly. The fries while weee warm, were a little old. Not bad enough to complain and since overall service was well, I don't think it warrants a star drop for that.

This is a review of their covid policy. The restaurant itself is amazing. However they seem to not care about safety precautions.

There are no plexiglass or any barriers of any kind between the booths. They also do not social distance among the tables. They will sit you right next to another party.

They do not enforce a mask policy. Its okay to remove your mask while you eat obviously but when you're walking around, going near other people, or just sitting at the table not eating you should be masked up. They dont care tho. Hell all the staff I saw there had their masks below their noses.

They do sanitize the tables after each use so I'll give them that much. In the bathroom under the door handle is an attached hand sanitizer dispenser which I thought was unique and cool because i havent seen something like that yet.

This was an online order for pickup. My husband and I got wings, 10 boneless, 15 bone in, buffalo, mild, 15 wings extra sauce. We also ordered onion rings and Saratoga chips, celery, one order of ranch and one order of blue cheese. Our total was $45 and some change and we placed the order at 9:30 ish. Online ordering is a great experience until you pick up the food. This isn't the first time we've had issues and I've not written reviews prior but something needs to be addressed with the kitchen staff on making hot fresh food all the way till closing time. The wings were so overcooked they were dry, the 15 bone in wings did not have extra sauce on them and the celery was brown in multiple spots, unable to be eaten.
