My wife ordered on Wednesday over the phone 50 tacos and large order of rice and beans to be picked up the next day. She asked for the tacos to be assorted meats and to have everything separated so ppl can make tacos how they like. Was told 150 for tacos and 30 dollars for rice and beans. She asked if total was 180 plus tax, was told yes. My wife got a call at work the next day asking for a deposit, which my wife thought was fine but why didn’t they ask for the deposit yesterday, than she said the lady said no deposit required. Someone picks up the tacos, but we didn’t get rice and beans. Tacos were not assorted or separated so the office can make them how they like them. My wife called and was basically told someone took the order wrong. She had a colleague go pick up the rice and beans that weren’t included and they wanted 60 dollars. So instead of 30 dollars, they wanted 30 dollars each, so we ended up not getting it. I think a huge part was a language barrier, but the fact that my wife said the lady didn’t seem really sincere, just means she won’t be going to use them for office lunches. You know I don't really Karen out too much but if I'm paying 40 bucks for tacos and they finish my order I expect my order to be pushed out instead of sitting there for 5 minutes while the cashier chit chats with somebody else and then goes price check something and then this kind older lady whos sees my frustration(lady who made my food) now also has to package it and give it to me so I won't cuss up a storm I appreciate her at least, and then come home to find the food mid at best it's really infuriating 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ breads cool they didn't make the ones usually get but eh it was a crappy experience...

I ordered the chicken combination plate and the food itself was delicious..tender, flavorful, and the fresh tortillas were a great bonus. No complaints about the meal at all.

Unfortunately, the experience was brought down by the service. The lady who took my order didn’t say anything rude, but her attitude and energy were noticeably negative. She looked miserable, and the way she spoke made it feel like I was inconveniencing her. Everyone has bad days, but if this is how she is with customers regularly, it definitely affects the vibe.
