Brazucăo Lanches — Restaurant in Leominster

We were eager for a tasty Brazilian meal with MEAT as the main attraction. You know, where they slice off juicy, delectable hunks of meat off long spits, cooking over an open fire. And what did we find at Brazucao Lanches? Maybe it was 'opposites day,' and this was the most UN-Brazilian of any Brazilian restaurant we've ever visited. This joint has at least six burger options. They have multiple hotdog selections. They have just one steak option...So, we each had their "Brazilian Salad," which was made from machine-cut iceberg lettuce, canned corn, canned green olives, some shaved carrots, a sprinkle of cheese, and a separate plate of meat (that cost $5 extra) on the side. There were three other problems...1) the water we asked for with our meal was offered AFTER we had finished eating. 2) When the meal arrived we had no silverware. It took two minutes for the server (probably the owner) to scare some up. 3) The music they played was a Christian rock radio station...Oh, brother. I'm sorry, but if you like the sound of all of the above and/or this sounds like a good Brazilian food outing, go for it! But, have no delusions. This is NO Brazilian restaurant. It's more of a sub-par roadside diner. And for the money, regardless of what this joint offers or what they call what they offer, it was so NOT worth the money. $22 for a cheesy salad with a small amount of overcooked steak-like meat (and every piece had a chunk of fat at one end of it)? As I got to Brazucăo, Leominster, I asked to see the menu, chose what I wanted and order the food. In any time I was advised by the waitress that prices had been increased or saw any sign stating it.... After I paid and was on my way, it came to my mind that they overcharged me by $12.00. I called the restaurant and asked them to review my bill. It was then that I was informed by the owner that prices had been changed. He argued that he can change the price without a notice. He never apologized for their miss information and was very upset that I was questioning my bill. Even with the new price I was still overcharged. It’s not the customer fault that he wasn’t organized enough to let them know the price change. Next time change the price when you have the new menu ready or place a piece of paper with the new prices over the current menu. Bad customer service and management. Also the Hearts of palm pastry was terrible, they just took it out of the can, put into the dough and fried it, no seasoning or sauce. The worst that I have ever...

This is a cute little Brazilian restaurant where you can order to go or eat there. Most people seem to order out. They offer sandwiches, weekly specials, drinks and desert.

I ordered the kibe since I was craving it and they offer it in the small bites section of the menu. I ordered 25 of them for $13. I did not notice how small the kibes are. They were super tasty but very small compared to the Lebanese ones (the ancestors of this kibe 😁)

Regardless, the food taste great but I wish they adjust the sizing or portion to make it more accessible. I have been there in the past and ordered other dishes and they were also great. I highly recommend this little nook...
