Gourmet Donuts — Restaurant in Leominster

I definitely give them 5 Stars over Dunkin Donuts on 134 Leominster Shirley Road in Lunenburg all day long! Customer service there is as terrible as their supervisor & they constantly mess up your orders! They are very polite here & customer service is excellent! But sadly I have to say that I will give them 3 stars cause every time I/we go there, when asking for light ice or half the ice the cup/s are still full of ice! It's not only with this Gourment Donuts but it's with two others as well. Perhaps they are told not to do so cause company are afraid to lose coffee products so give tons of it or maybe not who really knows. Lol. But it's common sense. If you add more ice to the cup it's less coffee ur getting for the amount of money u pay. I used to leave good tips but I don't do it no more as they love to play the selective hearing games. Coffees are delicious nonetheless, keep up with the fantastic customer service! I definitely recommend this place especially when u are in a rush early...

This review is for the West Boylston Gourmet Donuts (sorry leominster) i just want to be heard and im not sure the manager in w. boylston will read the one for his store. I ordered a large hot coffee, the waitress got angry because after receiving my coffee lukewarm and only 3/4 ful i had the nerve to ask for seriously, im not making this up, i could deal with the amount if it was hot, but come on? and then to be harassed by the counter girl, i was shocked, and told "if i want hot coffee i could get it across the street at Dunkin Donuts" oh yeah? i hope there is a camera with sound so the manager can hear her because honestly, i dont care what kind of day you are having, go to work and leave it...

Owner is rude and horrible to the patrons have lived in the neighborhood for 4 years, enjoyed their breakfasts. Today I orders and wen to the bathroom and asked they hold it so I don't take it to the nasty bathroom. 30 min pass and no food, I ask for a refund so I can leave. He blames me for not getting a number and says you can just have a refund "everyone gets a number" the cashier supported I did not get a number. He still said it was my fault and I created the problem.
