Paisanos Pizza & Spirits — Restaurant in Leominster

What a place! My husband and I happened upon Paisano's while in town for a medical visit. We were starving, happens everytime that I have to fast and get bloodwork. We both agreed that our choices prior to this day were not healthy or delicious. My husband wanted a authentic Italian sub and I agreed to go to a sub shop. I am trying to live a healthy lifestyle and usually pizza/sub shops don't offer much besides salads. I googled Italian sub and I saw Paisano's. I loved the name and thought, let's give them a try. We walked in and there were people talking and co-mingling and the aroma was inviting! My husband ordered his sub and I quickly glanced at the menu and saw teriyaki chicken and quinoa! A healthy choice, it looked good and tasted delicious!! Of course I had to taste my husband's sub, the bread was huge, had substance, yet you could chew it without straining your jaw muscles! The quality of the cold cuts were top notch and the taste, was total yum! We dubbed this, our place whenever we travel to see the doctor. We might actually go there even if we don't have am appointment. I can't forget to mention that the employees were smiling and helped me find a t-shirt. Kindness...

Let me start by saying I wish I got names from the folks I dealt with. From placing my catering order, to the actual delivery, everyone I dealt with was terrific.

Talking with the owner (again, apologies I didn't your name) was like we were back years ago, when customer service was #1. She went over everything I wanted, gave me honest feedback on how much I needed, as she wanted to make sure I didn't over order. Made sure each item I requested was exactly how I wanted it.

My order was confirmed a few days before my event, again professional, but felt like we were long lost friends ! Comfortable feeling.

The day of delivery I was called to finish the transaction. The gentleman who delivered our food was timely and a joy to work with.

The food itself was PHENOMENAL ! Not to mention the portions were quite generous. Definitely got what I paid for, and more.

This was my first time purchasing food from Pasisono's. I've heard great compliments in regards to their chicken parm and eggplant parm. I was excited to see how good they really were. I scoped out their online menu, and the prices seemed really reasonable. I arrived in the restaurant to check out the menu in person. Food items are listed on the wall, but there are no prices to accompany them. I ordered the chicken parm for my fiance and the eggplant parm for myself. I was shocked when told that neither of these dishes comes with pasta. You have to purchase the pasta separately. Usually, dinners come with both. I ordered the appetizer for both chicken and eggplant and two separate pasta sides. My total was over $40. That's quite pricey compared to the online menu prices. If prices changed, then that is up to the establishment to correct them or clarify that nothing is included. In the end, the food was very good, but as a customer, I felt deceived. I most likely...
