It is very rare that I leave a negative review, but my experience at Subway inside BP on Anderson Road was so terrible that I have to say something! I ordered a footlong tuna sub with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers. I consider that a very simple order. The girl who made my sandwich told me she was new..apparently it was her first day. I didn't pay much attention to her making my sandwich but I did notice that it was falling out of the wrapper when she gave it to me. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and not only found no cucumbers...I found NO TUNA on almost half of it. The rest of the sandwich had tuna, but not much. Okay, the girl was new, so I was more disappointed than angry. I called the store and spoke with Amelia, who put me on hold, only to leave me there until she picked up the phone and hung up. So I drove back to Subway with the hopes of getting another sandwich or at least more tuna on my existing sandwich. Before I even got to the counter, Amelia yelled out "there's nothing I can do about your sandwich." Nice! I never raised my voice and I was very polite. I cannot say the same for Amelia. She was rude from the get-go. I asked her to make another sandwich. She said I could have one if I paid for it. I even asked if they could add more tuna to my existing sandwich. That's against policy. She said she had called her manager twice and could not get an answer. She did offer to call again and I agreed, much to her disappointment. Of course there was no answer. It was then that she looked at her coworkers and said "we don't have time for this." She had no time to rectify this disaster of a sandwich? I guess my order wasn't important enough. She said I could call her manager tomorrow between 10:00 and 5:00. So I left. I did call another Subway. I was told there were a lot of complaints about this location. The young man was so nice and helpful that I drove to his Subway and bought another tuna sandwich. I found it kind of funny that the gentleman standing behind me to place an order at the BP Subway also went to the other location to place his order. I understand franchises for those two locations have the same owner. I hope he/she reads this review because they need to know the night and day difference between their restaurants. The staff at the restaurant on Main St at Food Lion was wonderful. The staff's incompetence, rudeness, and absolute refusal to assist a customer at the BP location was totally unacceptable. I could say a whole lot more about my feelings for Amelia and her apparent inability to handle her job. But, I bought two tuna subs tonight and I am going to at least try to eat one of them...even though I'm so angry I'm not sure I can eat anything. One thing I am sure of, I will never go to Subway...
Read moreI walked in the store with two other people. One of them started ordering his food. I stopped to get some money out of the ATM. When I walked back over to the ordering area the sandwich artist just finished ringing up my friend. Then went to do something in the back and ignored me all together. After several minutes she came out and started breaking down the front line. I asked her if I could get a sandwich and she said she was closed. Even though I was there before she closed she wouldn't make me a sandwich then was rude about it. I will definitely not be back there any time soon unless it's to talk to a manager about...
Read moreI just had an awesome experience with their sandwich maker, spent $20 on a foot long and additional items. I sat and began to eat and just politely asked for some napkins. The lady next to the woman who helped me said I missed them at the front. I politely let her know that they were empty and so did another employee coming in for his shift. The additional employee (not my sandwich maker) told me to use the bathroom at the top of her lungs. I just asked for a napkin from the establishment I was eating at, she didnât need to yell at me to use toilet paper from...
